Atthavisam Dasamgam Navangam Panangam cha Ayussah. That is, the Paryapta Sanjni Pancendriya, Aparyapta Sanjni Pancendriya, Paryapta Asanjni Pancendriya, and the remaining eleven Jivasthanaka have 28, 10, 9, and 5 Bhangas respectively.
The meaning is that the Paryapta Sanjni Pancendriya Jivasthanaka has 28 Bhangas of Ayukarma, the Aparyapta Sanjni Pancendriya Jivasthanaka has 10 Bhangas, and the Paryapta Asanjni Pancendriya Jivasthanaka has 9 Bhangas. The remaining eleven Jivasthanaka have 5 Bhangas each.
The 28 Bhangas of the Paryapta Sanjni Pancendriya Jivasthanaka should be understood as follows: the first 5 are of the Nāraka beings, the next 6 are of the Tiryañca beings, the following 12 are of the Manuṣya beings, and the last 5 are of the Deva beings, making a total of 28 Bhangas.
