सप्ततिका प्रकरण पांच प्रकृतिक बंधस्थान उपशमणि और क्षपकणि में अनिवृत्तिबादर जीवों के पुरुषवेद के बंधकाल तक होता है और पुरुषवेद के बंध के समय तक यह नोकषायों की सत्ता पाई जाती है, अतः पाँच प्रकृतिक बंघस्थान में पाप आदि सत्तास्थान नहीं पाये जाते हैं। अब रहे शेष सत्तास्थान' सो उपशमणि की अपेक्षा यहाँ २८, २४ और २१ प्रकृतिक, ये तीन सत्तास्थान पाये जाते हैं। २१ और २४ प्रकृतिक सत्तास्थान तो उपशम सम्यग्दृष्टि को उपशमश्रेणि में और २१ प्रकृतिक सत्तास्थान क्षायिक सम्यग्दृष्टि को उपशमप्रेणि में पाया जाता है। क्षपकणि में भी जब तक आठ कषायों का क्षय नहीं होता तब तक २१ प्रकृतिक सत्तास्थान पाया जाता है। अर्थात् उपशमणि की अपेक्षा २८, २४ और २१ प्रकृतिक, ये तीन सत्तास्थान होते हैं । किन इतनी विशेषता है कि २८ और २५ प्रकृतिक सत्तास्थान तो उपशम सम्यग्दृष्टि जीव को ही उपशमश्रेणि में होते हैं, किन्तु २१ प्रकृतिक सत्तास्थान क्षायिक सम्यग्दृष्टि जीव को उपशमश्रेणि में भी होता है और क्षपकणि में भी आठ कषायों के क्षय न होने तक पाया जाता है।'
