नरकगति में उत्पन्न नहीं होते हैं । इसलिए तीर्थकरनाम, दवति, देवानुपूर्वी, देवायु, नरकगति, नरकानुपूर्वी, नरकायु, बैंक्रिय शरीर, बैंक्रिय अंगोपांग, आहारक' शरीर, आहारक अंगोपांग इन म्यारह प्रकृत्तियों का बन्ध नहीं करते हैं । इसलिए इनके सामान्य से 4 मिथ्यात्व गुणस्थान में १०६ प्रकृतियों का बन्ध होता है।
सारांश यह कि सनत्कुमार से लेकर सहस्रार देवलोकपर्यन्त के देव रत्नप्रभा नरक के नारकों के समान ही सामान्य से १०१ प्रकृतियों का और मिथ्यात्व गुणस्थान में १००, सास्वादन गुणस्थान में ६६, मिश्र गूणस्थान में ५० तथा अविरत सम्यग्दृष्टि गुणस्थान में ७२ प्रकृतियों का बन्ध करते हैं।
आनत से लेकर नव गंवेयक तक के देव तिर्यमगति में उत्पन्न नहीं होते हैं। अतः तिर्फ धगलियोग्य उद्योत, तिर्वचगति, तिर्यंचानपूर्वी और तिर्यंचायु का बन्ध नहीं करते हैं अतः सनत्कुमारादि देवा में सामान्य से बंधयोग्य बताई गई. १०१ प्रकृतियों में से इन चार प्रकृतियों को भी कम करने से सामान्य से दे १७ प्रकृतियों का बन्छ करते हैं । गुणस्थानों की अपेक्षा आनत आदि कल्पों के देवों में बन्धस्वामित्व क्रमशः ६६, ६२,७०, ७२ प्रकृतियों का समझाना चाहिए।
