बन्धस्वामित्व
पर्याप्ततिर्यचों के दूसरे गुणस्थान में जो ५०१ प्रकृतियों का बन्ध बतलाया है उनमें से पर्याप्तलियंच मिश्र गुणस्थान में सद्योग्य अभ्यनसाय का अभाव होने से तथा मिश्च गुणस्थान में आयु बध न होने के कारण देवायु तथा अनन्तानुबन्धी कषाय का उदय दूसरे गुणस्थान तक ही होता है, अतः उसके निमित्त से बंधने वाली नियंत्रिक-- तिर्यंचगति, तिथंचानुपूर्वी, तिर्यंचायु, स्त्यानाद्धत्रिक निद्रा-निद्रा, प्रथला-प्रचला, स्त्यानद्धि; दुर्भगत्रिक-दुभंग, दुःस्वर, अनादयनाम: अनन्तानुबन्धी कषायचतुक--अनन्तानुबंधी क्रोध, मान, माया, लोभ, मध्यमसंस्थानचतुष्क - न्यग्रोध परिमण्डल संस्थान, सादि संस्थान, वामन संस्थान, कुब्ज संस्थान; मध्यम महननचतुष्क -- ऋषभनाराच संहान, माराच तहमान, अर्धनाराच संहान, कीलिका संहनन, नीचगोत्र, उद्योतनाम. अशुभ विहायोगति और स्त्रीवेद इन पच्चीस प्रकृतियों का भी बन्ध नहीं करते हैं तथा मनुष्यत्रिक-मनुष्यगति, मनुध्यानपूर्वी मनुष्यायु; औदारिकद्धिक --- औदारिक शरीर, औदारिक अंगोपांग और वनऋषभनाराच संहनन-इन छह प्रकृतियों के मनुष्य गति योग्य होने से वे नहीं बांधते हैं। क्योंकि चौथे गुणस्थान की तरह तीसरे गुणस्थान के समय पर्याप्तमनुष्य और तिर्यच दोनों ही देवगति योग्य प्रकृतियों को बाँधते हैं, मनुष्यगति-प्रायोग्य प्रकृतियों को नहीं बांधते हैं।
इस प्रकार तीसरे मिश्र गुणस्यानवौं पर्याप्ततिर्यचों के देवायु अनन्तानुबन्धी कषाय निमित्तक पच्चीस प्रकृतियों तथा मनुष्यगतिप्रायोग्य छह प्रकृतियों का बन्ध नहीं होने से कुल मिलाकर ३२ प्रकृतियों को दूसरे गुणस्थान की बन्धयोग्य १०१ प्रतियों में में घटा देने पर शेष ६६ प्रकृतियों का बन्ध्र होता है।
