तृतीय सामग्रन्थ सकता हैं। अतएवं सातवें नरक में सबसे उत्कृष्ट मारियों उक्त तीन ही हैं।
यपि मनुष्यधिक भवान्तर में उदय आता है. किन्तु सातवें नरक के जीव मनुष्यायु को बांधते नहीं हैं, तथापि उसके अभाव में तीसरे-चौथे गुणस्थान में मनुष्यद्विक का बन्ध करते हैं, इसका अर्थ यह है कि मनुष्यद्रिक का मनुष्यायु के साथ प्रतिबन्ध नहीं है, पानी आयु का बन्ध मति और आनुपुर्ती नामकर्म के बन्ध को साथ ही होना चाहिए, ऐसा नियम नहीं है। मनुष्य आयु के सिंचाय भी तीसरे और चौथे गुणस्थान में मनुष्यद्रिक का बन्ध हो सकता है और वह भवान्तर में उदय आता है ।
इस प्रकार सरकागति के बन्धस्वामित्व का कथन करने के बाद अब तिर्यंचगति का बन्धस्वामित्व बतलाते हैं।
जिनको तिथंचगति नामकर्म का उदय हो उन्को तिर्यच वाहते हैं।
तिर्यंचों के दो भेद हैं. पर्याप्ततिर्यंच और अपर्याप्ततिथंच है इन दोनों में से यहाँ पर्याप्ततियंचों का बन्धस्वामित्व बतलाते हैं।
समस्त जीवों की अपेक्षा सामान्य से बन्धयोग्य १२० प्रकृतियों में मे तीर्थखरनामकर्म और आहारकद्विक इन दोन प्रकृतियों का बन्ध तिर्थनगति में नहीं होता है। अतः सामान्य से पर्याप्ततिथंचों के ११७ प्रकृतियों का बन्ध होता है। क्योंकि तिर्यंचों के सम्यक्त्वी होने पर भी जन्म-स्वभाव में ही तीर्थकरनामकर्म के बन्ध्रयोग्य अध्यवसायों का अभाव होता है और आहारकद्विक--- आहारक शरीर, आहारक अंगोपांग का बन्ध चारित्र धारण करने वालों को ही होता है। परन्तु तिर्यंच चारित्र के अधिकारी नहीं हैं।
