अन्धस्वामित्व
इसलिये अनन्तानुबंधी के कास बैंधने वाली उक्त २५ प्रकृतियों का बंध तीसरे मित्र गुणस्थान में नहीं होता है तथा मिश्र गुणस्थान में रहने वाला कोई भी जीव आयुकर्म का बंध नहीं करता है। अतः मनुष्यानु की दE नहीं हो सकता है: ___ अतः दूसरे गुणस्थानवर्ती नारक जीवों के बंधने काली ९६ प्रकृतियों में से अनन्तानुबंधी कषायचतुष्क आदि पूर्वोक्त २५ प्रकृतियों तथा मनुष्यायु, कुल मिलाकर २६ प्रकृतियों को कम करने से मिश्र गुणस्थानवर्ती नरकगसि के जीवों को ७० प्रकृतियों का बंधस्वामित्व मानना चाहिए। __लेकिन चौथे अविरतसम्यग्दृष्टि गुणस्थानवी मारक जीव सम्यक्त्व के होने से तीर्थकरनामकर्म का बंध कर सकते हैं क्योंकि सम्यक्त्व के सद्भाव में ही तीर्थकरनामकर्म का बध होता है। तथा मिश्र गुणस्थानवी जीव के आयुकर्म के बंध न होने के नियम से जिस मनुष्यायु का बंध नहीं होता था, उसका चौथे गुणस्थान में बंध होने से मिश्र गुणस्थान में बंध होने वाली ७० प्रकृतियों में तीर्थकरनाम और मनुध्यायु-...इन दो प्रकृतियों को मिलाने से चौथे गुणस्थानवी नारक जीव ७२ प्रतियों का बंध करते हैं।
नरक्रगति में चौथे गुणस्थानवर्ती भारकों के मनुष्यायु के इंच होने का कारण यह है कि मारक जीव पुनः नरकगति की आयु का बन्ध नहीं कर सकते और न देवायु का ही बन्ध कर सकते हैं। अतः यह दो आयुकर्म की प्रकृतियों भरकगति में अबन्ध हैं। इनका संकेत गाथा चार में 'सुरगुणनीसव' पद से पहले किया जा चुका है। लियंचायु का बन्ध अनन्तानुबन्धी कषाय के उदय होने पर होता है और अनन्तानुबन्धी कषाय का उदय पहले, दूसरे गुणस्थान

And the arising of **Anantanu bandhi** **Kshaya** occurs in the first and second **Gunasthan**.
