स्थान के समान कहा है और चतुर्थ गुणस्थान में ७७ प्रकृतियों का बन्ध स्पष्ट रूप से माना है।
इस प्रकार कर्मग्रन्थकार कृष्णादि तीन लेण्याओं में चतुर्थ गुणस्थान में ७७ प्रकृतियों का बन्ध मानते हैं, जबकि सिद्धान्त की अपेक्षा इसमें मतभिन्नता है। सिद्धान्त में बतलाया गया है कि कृष्णादि तीन लेण्याओं के चौथे गुणस्थान में जो आयु का बन्ध कहा है, वहाँ एक ही मनुष्याघु का बन्ध्र सम्भव है ! क्योंकि नारक, देव तो मनुष्यायु को बाँधते हैं। परन्तु मनुष्य और तिर्यंच देवायु को नहीं बांधते हैं ! पयोंकि जिस लेश्या में आयुबन्ध हो, उसी लेश्या में उत्पन्न होना चाहिए और सम्यग्दृष्टि तो वैमानिक देवों का ही आयु बांधते हैं और वैमानिक देवों में कृष्ण, नील एवं कापात संश्या नहीं है. अशुद्ध लामा वाले सम्यगदृष्टि देवायु का बन्ध नहीं करते हैं । इस सम्बन्ध में "भगवती' मातक ३०, उद्देशक १, का पाठ यह है
कण्हलेसाणं मंते ! खोया किरियादी बैंक परामं परति पुछा ? गोयमा ! णो र इमाउषं पहरेंति. परे तिरिक्खोपिया परति, मस्सावध पति, णो देवाउयं पकरेंति । अकिरिया अशानिय वेगइयवावी य सारिधि आउयं पकरति । एवं जीस लहसायि कालेस्सादि ।
