'कर्मवाद' का सांगोपांग निरूपण करने वाला 'कर्मग्रन्थ' जैन कम' सिद्धान्त का प्रतिनिधि ग्रन्थ है। इसका प्रकाशन करते समय हमें कल्पना थी कि इस प्रकार के गहन-गूढ़ विषय के पाठक बहुत ही कम होगें, अत: हमने सीमित प्रतियाँ ही छपवाई । किन्तु पाठकों ने इस ग्रन्थ को अति उत्साह के साथ अपनाया, सर्वत्र इसका स्वागत हुआ। प्रथम भाग की तरह द्वितीय भाग का संस्करण भी समाप्त हो गया, तथा बराबर पाठकों की मांग आने लगी । फलस्वरूप यह द्वितीय भाग का नवीन संस्करण पाठकों की सेवा में प्रस्तुत है।
कागज छपाई आदि की अत्यधिक महगाई होते हुए भी पाठकों की सुविधा के लिए इसके मूल्य में कोई परिवर्तन नहीं किया गया है ।
