१०१ की और आहारकचतुष्करहित तीर्थंकरनामकर्म की सत्ता वाले को ८ की और तीर्थंकर नामकर्म तथा आहारकचतुष्क की भी सत्ता न हो तो ६७ प्रकृतियों की सत्ता होती है ।
इस गुणस्थान के अन्त में संज्वलन लोभ का भी क्षय हो जाता है. तब बारहवाँ गुणस्थान प्रारम्भ होता है ।
इस प्रकार दसवें गुणस्थान में
१०१, १०२ और १३३ से १४८ तक के सोलह स्थान कुल मिलाकर बीस सत्तास्थान होते हैं । क्षपकश्रेणी करने वाला सीधा दसवें गुणस्थान से बारहवें गुणस्थान को ही प्राप्त करता है ।
(११) उपशान्तमोह गुणस्थान – इस गुणस्थान में भी १३३ मे लेकर १४८ तक के सोलह सत्ताविकल्प होते हैं । इस गुणस्थान में आया हुआ जीव अवश्य ही नीचे गिरता है ।
(१२) क्षीणमोहवीतराग गुणस्थान- दसवें गुणस्थान के अन्त में संज्वलन लोभ का क्षय होने से क्रमशः १०१, १००, ९७ और १६ प्रकृति वाले चार विकल्प होते हैं तथा द्विचरम समय में निद्रा और प्रचला का क्षय होने से क्रमश: १५ और ६४ प्रकृति वाले चार विकल्प होते हैं। इसके अनन्तर बारहवें गुणस्थान के अन्त में दर्शनावरणचतुष्क ज्ञानावरणपंचक तथा अन्तरायपंचक कुल मिला कर चौदह प्रकृतियों का क्षय होने पर तेरहवें गुणस्थान की शुरूआत होती है ।

इस प्रकार बारहवे गुणस्थान में ६४, ६५, २६, २७, ६८,६६, १०० और १०१ - ये आठ विकल्प होते हैं ।
