सम्यक्त्व व मिश्रमोहनीय का बंध नहीं होने से बंध, उदय और सता की अपेक्षा क्रमशः एक सौ बीस, एकसौ बाईस और एकसौ अट्ठावन प्रकृतियां समझना चाहिए। विशेषार्थ-अपेक्षा-भेद से नामकर्म के तेरानवे आदि भेद कैसे बनते हैं तथा बन्ध आदि के योग्य कितनी प्रकृतियां हैं, यह इन दो माथाओं में बतलाया है 1
पूर्व गाथा में जो नामकर्म की चौदह पिंडप्रकृतियों के ६५ भेद बतलाये, में परम आदि कार लामा र स्थावरदशक की दस-दस प्रकृतियों को जोड़ देने से सत्ता में ९३ प्रकृतियाँ होती हैं । इन ६३ प्रकृतियों में बन्धन नामकर्म के पाँच भेद ग्रहण किए गए हैं किन्तु विस्तार से बन्धन नामकर्म के पन्दह भेद होते हैं। अतः पाँच के स्थान पर पन्द्रह भेदों को जोड़ने पर नामकर्म की सत्ता में एकसौ तीन प्रकृतियाँ समझना चाहिए।
लेकिन औदारिकादि शरीरों में औदारिकादि रूप बन्धन और औदारिकादि रूप संघातन होते हैं। अतः बन्धननामकर्म के पन्द्रह भेद एवं संघातन नामकर्म के पांच भेद, सब मिलाकर बीस भेदों को शरीर नामकर्म के पाँच भेदों में शामिल करने और वर्ण, गंध, रस, स्पर्श नामकर्मों के क्रमशः पाँच, दो, पाँच और आठ भेदों को वर्ण चतुष्क में गर्भित करने पर वर्णादि की सोलह तथा बन्धन, संघातन की बीस प्रकुतियों (कुल मिलाकर छत्तीस प्रकृतियों) को नामकर्म की पूर्वोक्त १०३ प्रकृतियों में से घटा देने से आपेक्षिक दृष्टि से नामकर्म की ६७ प्रकृतियाँ मानी जाती है। ___ बन्ध, उदय और उदीरणा योग्य प्रकृतियों की गणना करते समय नामकर्म की इन सड़सठ प्रकृतियों को ग्रहण करते हैं।
