द्वितीयादि स्थितियोग्य द्वितीयादि निषेकसे उत्कृष्टस्थितिरूप अन्तिमनिषेकपर्यन्त रचना जाननी ।
यहाँ जघन्यस्थितिसम्बन्धी जघन्यस्थितिबंधाध्यवसायस्थानोंसे असंख्यातगुणे प्रथमनिषेकप्रमाण अनुभागाध्यवसायस्थान जानना तथा उसीके दूसरे स्थानमें द्वितीय निषेकप्रमाण जानना ऐसा क्रम है एवं अनुभागबन्धाध्यवसायोंकी नानगुणहानिशलाकाओं के विषयमें आचार्योंके दो मत हैं । एकमतानुसार नानागुणहानि है, दूसरे मतानुसार गुण नहीं है।
आगे ग्रन्थकर्ता श्री नेमिचन्द्राचार्य ग्रन्थ रचने की प्रतिज्ञा पूर्णकरके प्रशस्तिरूप आठ गाथाएँ कहते हैं
गोम्मटसंगहसुत्तं, गोम्मटदेवेण गोम्मटं रयिदं ।
कम्माण णिज्जरङ्कं तच्चट्ठवधारणङ्कं च ।। ९६५ ।।
अर्थ- गोम्मटदेव- वर्धमानतीर्थंकरदेवने संग्रहरूप इस गोम्मटसारग्रन्थका विषय प्रमाण और नयके गोचर कहा है । अतः इस ग्रन्थके स्वाध्यायसे ज्ञानावरणादिकमकी निर्जरा और तत्त्वोंके स्वरूपका निश्चय होता है, ऐसा जानना चाहिए।
जहि गुणा विस्संता, गणहरदेवादिइढिपत्ताणं ।
सो अजिदसेणणाहो, जस्स गुरू जयदु सो राओ ।।९६६ ।।
अर्थ- बुद्धि आदि ऋद्धि प्राप्त गणधरदेवादिके समान जिनमें गुण हैं ऐसे अजितसेनमुनिनाथ जिसके व्रत (दीक्षा) देनेवाले गुरु हैं वह राजा चामुण्डराय सर्वोत्कृष्ट रूपसे जयशील हो ।
सिद्धंतुदयतडुग्गयणिम्मलवरणेमिचंदकरकलिया।
गुणरयणभुसणंबुहिमइबेला भरउ भुवणयलं ।। ९६७ ॥
अर्थ - सिद्धान्तरूप उदयाचलपर जिनका ज्ञान उदयको प्राप्त हुआ है ऐसे चन्द्रमाके समान नेमिचन्द्राचार्यकी वचनरूपी किरणोंसे सम्बन्धित गुणरूपी रत्नोंसे शोभित चामुण्डरायकी बुद्विरूप बेला समस्त जगत् में अतिशय से विस्तार प्राप्त करे ।
गोम्मटसंगहसुत्तं, गोम्पटसिहरुवरि गोम्मटजिणो य । गोम्मटरायविणिम्मियदक्खिणकुक्कुडजिणो जयदु ॥ ९६८ ॥
अर्थ - गोम्मटशिखरपर चामुण्डरायराजाने जो जिनमन्दिर बनवाया उसमें एक हस्तप्रमाण इन्द्रनीलमणिमय नेमिनाथ तीर्थङ्करदेवका प्रतिबिम्ब विराजमान किया तथा भारतके दक्षिणप्रान्तमें श्रवणबेलगोला पर्वतपर निर्मापित बाहुबलीस्वामीकी प्रतिमा विराजमान की । वह प्रतिबिम्ब तथा गोम्मटसारसंग्रहग्रन्थ जयवंत हो।

Gunarayanbhushanambhuhimaibela bharau bhuvanayalam. ।। 967 ।।

Meaning: May the wisdom-like dawn of Chamundaraya, adorned with the jewel-like qualities, spread widely throughout the world, illuminated by the rays of the words of Nemichandracharya, who is like the moon, whose knowledge has been attained by the Udayachal.

Gommatasangha suttam, Gompatsihruvari Gommatajino ya. Gommatarayavini mmiyadakshiṇakukkuḍajino jayadu. ।। 968 ।।
