अर्थ – चारोंगतिके जीवोंमें ९० प्रकृतिक सत्त्वस्थान होता है, किन्तु इतनी विशेषता है कि मनुष्यगतिमें क्षपकअनिवृत्तिकरणके ५३ प्रकृतिके क्षयप्ते पूर्वतक होता है। मिथ्यादृष्टि तिर्यञ्च व मनुष्यके ८८-८४ प्रकृतिक सत्त्वस्थान होते हैं, क्योंकि 'सपदे उप्पण्णठाणेवि' इस गाथाके अनुसार एकेन्द्रियादिकमें जहाँ देवद्विककी उद्वेलना होती है वहाँ भी ऐसी सत्ता पाई जाती है तथा जो जीव मरणकर तिर्यञ्च या मनुष्यमें जहाँ भी उत्पन्न हो वहाँ भी इनकी सत्ता पाई जाती है। मिथ्यादृष्टितिर्यञ्चके ही ८२ प्रकृतिक सत्त्वस्थान होता है क्योंकि मनुष्यद्विककी उद्वेलना तेजकाय-वायुकाय जीवोंके होती है वहाँ भी इसवी शशा तथा बह-मरण करका तिर्वज्यों में ही उप होता वहाँ भी इसप्रकारकी सत्ता है, क्योंकि यह मरण करके तिर्यञ्चके अतिरिक्त अन्यत्र उत्पन्न नहीं होता है।

गयजोगस्स दुचरिमं जाव य चरिमम्हि दसणवयं ।। ६२.२ ।। अर्थ - ८०-७९-७८ और ७.७ प्रकृतिरूप चारसत्त्वस्थान क्षपक अनिवृत्तिकरणगुणस्थानमें १३ प्रकृतियोंका जहाँ क्षय होता है वहाँसे अयोगीगुणस्थानके द्विचरमसमयपर्यन्त पाए जाते हैं और १० व ९ प्रकृतिक सत्त्वस्थान अयोगकेवलीके चरमसमय में होता है।
