"अथानन्तर नामकर्मके उदयस्थानोंका कथन २२ गाथाओंसे करते हैं
विग्गहकम्मसरीरे सरीरमिस्से सरीरपज्जते ।
आणावचिपज्जते कमेण पंचोदये काला ॥। ५८३ ॥

अर्थ नामकर्मके उदयस्थान विग्रहगति अथवा कार्मणशरीर, मिश्रशरीर, शरीरपर्याप्ति, श्वासोच्छ्वासपर्याप्त और भाषापर्याप्तिमें नियतकाल है अर्थात् जिस कालमें उदययोग्य हैं उसी कालमें उदय होते हैं। इसप्रकार इनके पाँच काल नियत हैं ।
विशेषार्थ - जहाँ कार्मणशरीर पाया जावे वह कार्मणकाल और जबतक शरीरपर्याप्त पूर्ण नहीं होती तबतक शरीरमिश्रकाल है। तथा शरीरपर्याप्ति पूर्ण हो जाने पर जबतक श्वासोच्छ्वासपर्याप्त पूर्ण नहीं होती तबतक शरीरपर्याप्तिका काल है। श्वासोच्छ्वासपर्याप्ति पूर्ण होनेपर जबतक भाषापर्याप्ति पूर्ण नहीं होती तबतक श्वासोच्छ्वासपर्याप्तिकाल है और भाषापर्याप्ति पूर्ण हो जानेपर सम्पूर्ण आयु प्रमाणतक भाषापर्याप्तिकाल है। इसप्रकार नामकर्मके ये पाँच उदयस्थान नियतकाल हैं। यहाँ गाथामें विग्रहगति और कार्मण इसप्रकार इन दोका जो उल्लेख किया है वह “समुद्घातकेवलीके कार्मणशरीरको भी ग्रहण करना चाहिए" इस विशेष अर्थको सूचित करनेके लिए है।

Vigrahakarmashariram, Shariramishra, Sharirparyapti,
