१० में सत्त्वस्थान में प्रकृति और उसकी संख्या में कुछ भी विशेषता नहीं है। अतः यह स्थान ग्रहण नहीं करना ।
अब बद्धायुष्कसम्बन्धी पाँच भेद कहते हैं
णिरियाऊ - तिरियाऊ णिरिय णराऊ तिरिय - मणुयाउ । तेरंचिय- देवाऊ माणुस - - देवाउ एगेगं ।। ३७० क ॥

अर्थ - नरकायु- तिर्यञ्चायु, नरकायु-मनुष्यावु, तिर्यञ्चायु-मनुष्यायु, तिर्यञ्चायु-देवायु, मनुष्यायु- देवायु इन पाँच भेदों में से बद्धायुष्कजीव के कोई भेद होता है || ३७० क ।।
विशेषार्थ- बद्धायुष्क की अपेक्षा पाँच भंगों का कथन है। बद्धायुष्क के आयुकर्म की दो प्रकृतियों का सत्त्व होता है। प्रकृति के बदलने से बद्धायुष्क के आयुकर्म की अपेक्षा पाँच भंग होते हैं, जिनका गाथा में उल्लेख किया गया है।
आगे १८ स्थानों के पुनरुक्त और सुङ के बिना लो. ५० भङ्ग बड़े हैं इनमें से किसकिस स्थान में कितने-कितने भङ्ग होते हैं उनकी संख्या कहते हैं
विदिये तुरिये पणगे, छट्ठे पंचेव सेसगे एक्कं । विगचउपणछस्सत्तयठाणे चत्तारि अट्ठगे दोणि ॥ ३७१ ।।
अर्थ- बद्धायुष्कापेक्षा द्वितीय चतुर्थ पञ्चम-षष्ठ सत्त्वस्थान में ५-५ भंग जानना तथा शेष प्रथम- तृतीय- सप्तम - अष्टम नवम और दशम स्थान में १-१ भंग है। अवद्धायुष्क की अपेक्षा द्वितीयचतुर्थ - पञ्चम - षष्ठ और सप्तम स्थान में चार-चार भंग हैं। अष्टमस्थान में दो तथा शेष प्रथम व तृतीयस्थान में एक-एक भंग जानना चाहिए। इस प्रकार मिथ्यात्वगुणस्थान में सत्त्वस्थान १८ और उनके भंग ५० जानने चाहिए।
