पंक्ति में उद्वेलन प्रकृतियों के नाम बताए गए हैं तथा चतुर्थपंक्ति में उद्वेलना प्रकृतियों के बिना सत्त्वयोग्य प्रकृतियां कही गई हैं। इसका विशेष स्पष्टीकरण इस प्रकार है
आहारकद्विक की उद्वेलना होने पर (१४५ - २) १४३ का सत्त्व, सम्यक्त्व प्रकृति की उद्वेलना होने पर १४२ प्रकृति का सत्त्व, मिश्रप्रकृति की उलना होने पर १४१ प्रकृति का सत्त्व, देवद्विक (सु २) की उद्वेलना होने पर १३९ प्रकृति का सत्त्व, नारकचतुष्क की उद्वेलना होने पर सत्त्व १३५ प्रकृति का, तेजकाय व वायुकाय में उच्चगोत्र की उद्वेलना करके तिर्यञ्चों में उत्पन्न होने वाले के उच्चगोत्र व मनुष्यायुबिना सत्त्व १३३ प्रकृति का, तेजकाय वायुकाय में मनुष्यद्विक की उद्वेलना करके तिर्यञ्चों में उत्पन्न होने वालों के सत्व १३१ प्रकृति का पाया जाता है।
अब योगमार्गणा में सत्त्वादि का कथन करते हैं
अर्थ - चार मनोयोग, चार वचनयोग तथा औदारिक-वैक्रियिक- आहारक और आहारक मिश्रकाययोग में अपने - अपने गुणस्थानवत् सत्त्वादि का कथन जानना । तथैव वैक्रियिकमिश्रकाययोग में गुणस्थान के समान ही सस्व जानना, किन्तु विशेषता यह है कि यहाँ मनुष्यायु और तिर्यञ्चा की सत्ता नहीं है, अतः सत्त्वप्रकृतियाँ १४६ ही हैं।
विशेषार्थ- चार मनोयाग, चार वचनयोग, औदारिककाययोग में सत्त्वप्रकृति १४८, गुणस्थान १२ या १३ हैं । यहाँ सर्वकथन गुणस्थानवत् ही जानना, कुछ भी विशेषता नहीं है।
