कषाय है इसलिए उन्हें कषायों का अनुसरण करना चाहिए। कषायों की उत्कृष्ट स्थिति ४० कोड़ाकोड़ी सागर है इसलिए इन नोकषायों की जघन्य स्थिति ऊपर बताये अनुसार सिद्ध नहीं होती ।
समाधान - स्त्रीवेद, हास्य और रति ये प्रकृतियाँ कषायों के बन्ध का अनुसरण करने वाली नहीं हैं क्योंकि नोकषाय के कषायबन्ध के अनुसरण का विरोध है।
अब जघन्यस्थितिकी विधि और प्रमाण दिखाते हैं
एवं पणकदि पण्णं सयं सहस्सं च मिच्छवरबंधो । इगिविगलाणं अवरं पल्लासंखूणसंखूणं ।। १४४ ।। '
अर्थ - मिथ्यात्वकी उत्कृष्टस्थिति को एकेन्द्रियजीव एकसागर, द्वीन्द्रियजीव २५ सागर, त्रीन्द्रिय ५० सागर, चतुरिन्द्रिय १०० सागर, असञ्ज्ञीपञ्चेन्द्रियजीव एकहजारसागर तथा सञ्ज्ञीपञ्चेन्द्रिय पर्याप्तजीव ७० कोड़ाकोड़ीसागर प्रमाण बाँधता है। मिथ्यात्वकी जधन्यस्थिति एकेन्द्रियजीव अपनी उत्कृष्टस्थिति से पल्य के असंख्यातवेंभाग प्रमाण कम बांधता है तथा द्वीन्द्रिय, त्रीन्द्रिय, चतुरिन्द्रिय, असीपञ्चेन्द्रिय अपनी-अपनी उत्कृष्टस्थिति से पल्य के संख्यातवें भाग प्रमाण कम बांधता है ।
अथान्तर सञ्जीपञ्चेन्द्रियकी उत्कृष्टस्थितिकी अपेक्षा त्रैराशिक विधिसे एकेन्द्रियजीव के उत्कृष्ट और जघन्यस्थितिबन्धका प्रमाण कहते हैं
जदि सत्तरिस्स एत्तियमेत्तं किं होदि तीसियादीणं । इदि संपाते सेसाणं इगिविगलेसु उभयठिदि ।। १४५ ।।
अर्थ - मिथ्यात्वकर्म की उत्कृष्टस्थिति सञ्ज्ञीपर्याप्तजीव ७० कोड़ाकोड़ीसागरप्रमाण बाँधता है, किन्तु एकेन्द्रियजीव मिथ्यात्व की एकसागरप्रमाण उत्कृष्टस्थिति बाँधता है तो ३० कोड़ाकोड़ीसागरादि उत्कृष्टस्थितिवाले कर्मोंका एकेन्द्रियजीव के कितनी स्थितिप्रमाण बन्ध होगा? इस प्रकार त्रैराशिक विधि करने से एकेन्द्रिय व विकलेन्द्रियजीवों की उत्कृष्ट व जघन्यस्थितिका प्रमाण निकल आता है।
विशेषार्थ ७० कोड़ाकोड़ीसागरप्रमाण उत्कृष्टस्थितिवाला मिथ्यात्वकर्म एकेन्द्रियजीवके एकसागरप्रमाण बँधता है तो ४० व ३० और २० कोड़ाकोड़ीसागरप्रमाण उत्कृष्टस्थिति में कितनी बाँधेगा ? यहाँ प्रमाणराशि ७० कोड़ाकोड़ीसागर, फलराशि एककोड़ाकोड़ीसागर और इच्छाराशि विवक्षितकर्मकी ३०-४० अथवा २० कोड़ाकोड़ी-सागरादि प्रमाण जितनी उत्कृष्टस्थिति है सो जानना । फलराशिको इच्छाराशि से गुणा करने पर जो प्रमाण आया उसका विवक्षितकर्म की उत्कृष्टस्थिति में
