होता है । उपशमश्रेणी वाले जीव द्वितीयोपथम सम्यक्त्व के साथ मरते हैं और देवों में उत्पन्न होते हैं अतः उनको अपेक्षा अपर्याप्तकाल में द्वितीयोपशम सम्यक्त्व पाया जाता है । अनादि मिथ्यादृष्टि श्रथवा सादि मिथ्यादृष्टि जीव चारों ही गतियों में प्रथमोपशम सम्यक्त्व को ग्रहण करने वाले पाये जाते हैं, किन्तु मरण को प्राप्त नहीं होते, क्योंकि प्रथमोपशम सम्यक्त्व में मरा का अभाव है ।" मनः पर्ययज्ञान के साथ उपशमश्रेणी से उतर कर प्रमत्तसंयत गुणस्थान को प्राप्त हुए जीव के द्वितीयोपशम के साथ मन:पर्यय ज्ञान पाया जाता है। किन्तु मिथ्यात्व से पीछे आये हुए उपथम- सम्यग्दृष्टि प्रमत्तसंयत्त जीव मन:पर्ययज्ञान नहीं पाया जाता है, क्योंकि प्रथमोपशम सम्यग्वष्टि के मन:पर्ययज्ञान की उत्पत्ति सम्भव नहीं है । उपशम सम्यग्दृष्टि के सौदारिकमिश्र काययोग, प्रहारक काययोग, आहारक मिश्र काययोग और परिहारविशुद्धि संयम भी नहीं होता । 3

मिध्यात्व में सादि मिध्यादृष्टि व अनादि मिध्यादृष्टि भी होते हैं। इसका कथन प्रथम गुणस्थान के समान जानना चाहिए, क्योंकि इसमें एक वायुमरपान ही होता है

सासादन सम्पष्टि का कथन दूसरे गुणस्थान के अनुसार जानना चाहिए. क्योंकि इसमें एक सासादन नामक दूसरा गुणस्थान ही होता है ।
सम्यग्मिध्यादृष्टि का कथन तीसरे गुणस्थान के अनुसार जानना चाहिए, क्योंकि इसमें एक तीसरा गुणस्थान ही होता है ।
संज्ञीमार्गणा में गुगास्थानों का कथन सारणी सप्हुिदी खोलकसाग्रति होदि यिमे । थावरापद असण्यति हवे असण्णी हु ।।६६७।।
गाथार्थ - संजी जीव नियम से संजी मिध्यादृष्टि से लेकर क्षीणकषाय पर्यन्त होते हैं। स्थावरकाय से लेकर असंज्ञी पंचेन्द्रिय तक असंज्ञो जीव होते हैं ।। ६६७ ।।
