________________ पञ्चविंशतितम पर्व महाशोकध्वजोऽशोकः कः स्रष्टा पद्मविष्टरः । पद्मशः पद्मसंभूतिः पद्मनामिरनुत्तरः ॥१३३॥ पद्मयोनिर्जगद्योनिरित्यः स्तुत्यः स्तुतीश्वरः । स्तवना) हृषीकेशो जितजेयः कृतक्रियः ॥१३॥ गणाधिपो गणज्येष्ठो गण्यः पुण्यो गणाग्रणीः । गुणाकरो गुणाम्भोधिर्गुणज्ञो गुणनायकः ॥१३५॥ गुणादरी गुणोच्छेदी निर्गुणः पुण्यगीर्गुणः । शरण्यः पुण्यवाक्प्तो वरेण्यः पुण्यनायकः ॥१३६॥ कहते हैं ॥१३२॥ बड़ा भारी अशोकवृक्ष ही आपका चिह्न है इसलिए आप महाशोकध्वज ३०१ कहलाते हैं, शोकसे रहित होनेके कारण अशोक ३०२ कहलाते हैं, सबको सुख देनेवाले हैं इसलिए 'क' ३०३ कहलाते हैं, स्वर्ग और मोक्षके मार्गकी सृष्टि करते हैं इसलिए स्रष्टा ३०४ कहलाते हैं, आप कमलरूप आसनपर विराजमान हैं, इसलिए पद्मविष्टर ३०५ कहलाते हैं, पद्मा अर्थात् लक्ष्मीके स्वामी हैं इसलिए पद्मेश ३०६ कहलाते हैं, विहारके समय देव लोग आपके चरणोंके नीचे कमलोंकी रचना कर देते हैं इसलिए आप पद्मसम्भूति ३०७ कहे जाते हैं, आपकी नाभि कमलके समान है इसलिए लोग आपको पद्मनाभि ३०८ कहते हैं तथा आपसे श्रेष्ठ अन्य कोई नहीं है इसलिए आप अनुत्तर ३०९ कहलाते हैं ।।१३३।। हे भगवन् , आपका यह शरीर माताके पद्माकार गर्भाशयमें उत्पन्न हुआ था इसलिए आप पायोनि ३१० कहलाते हैं, धर्मरूप जगत्की उत्पत्तिके कारण होनेसे जगद्योनि ३११ हैं, भव्य जीव तपश्चरण आदिके द्वारा आपको ही प्राप्त करना चाहते हैं इसलिए आप इत्य ३१२ कहलाते हैं, इन्द्र आदि देवोंके द्वारा स्तुति करने योग्य हैं इसलिए स्तुत्य ३१३ कहलाते हैं, स्तुतियों के स्वामी होनेसे स्तुतीश्वर ३१४ कहे जाते हैं, स्तवन करनेके योग्य हैं इसलिए स्तवनार्ह ३१५ कहलाते हैं, इन्द्रियोंके ईश अर्थात् वश करनेवाले स्वामी हैं, इसलिए हृषीकेश ३१६ कहे जाते हैं, आपने जीतने योग्य समस्त मोहादि शत्रुओंको जीत लिया है इसलिए आप जितजेय ३१७ कहलाते हैं, और आप करने योग्य समस्त क्रियाएँ कर चुके हैं इसलिए कृतक्रिय ३१८ कहे जाते हैं ॥१३४॥ आप वारह सभारूप गणके स्वामी होनेसे गणाधिप ३१९ कहलाते हैं, समस्त गणोंमें श्रेष्ठ होनेके कारण गणज्येष्ठ ३२० कहे जाते हैं, तीनों लोकोंमें आप ही गणना करनेके योग्य हैं इसलिए गण्य ३२१ कहलाते हैं, पवित्र हैं इसलिए पुण्य ३२२ हैं, समस्त सभामें स्थित जीवोंको कल्याणके मार्गमें आगे ले जानेवाले हैं इसलिए गणाप्रणी ३२३ कहलाते हैं. गणोंकी खान हैं इसलिए गुणाकर ३२४ कहे जाते हैं, आप गुणोंके समूह हैं इसलिए गुणाम्भोधि ३२५ कहलाते हैं, आप गुणोंको जानते हैं इसलिए गुणा ३२६ कहे जाते हैं और गुणोंके स्वामी हैं इसलिए गणधर आपको गुणनायक ३२७ कहते हैं ॥१३५।। गुणोंका आदर करते हैं इसलिए गुणादरी ३२८ कहलाते हैं, सत्त्व, रज, तम अथवा काम, क्रोध आदि वैभाविक गुणोंको नष्ट करनेवाले हैं इसलिए आप गुणोच्छेदी ३२९ कहे जाते हैं, आप वैभाविक गुणोंसे रहित हैं इसलिए निर्गुण ३३० कहलाते हैं, पवित्र वाणीके धारक हैं इसलिए पुण्यगी ३३१ कहे जाते हैं, गुणोंसे युक्त हैं इसलिए गुण ३३२ कहलाते हैं, शरणमें आये हुए जीवोंको रक्षा करनेवाले हैं इसलिए १. ब्रह्मा । २. पद्मानां संभूतिर्यस्मात् सः । सप्तपुरः पृष्ठतश्चेति प्रसिद्धेः । ३ न विद्यते उत्तरः श्रेष्ठो यस्मात् । ४ गम्यः । ५. इन्द्रियस्वामी। स्ववशीकृतेन्द्रिय इत्यर्थः । ६. जेतुं योग्याः जेयाः, जिता जेया येनासौ । ७. कृतकृत्यः । ८. इन्द्रियच्छेदी। मौवों ( 4 ) प्रधानपारदेन्द्रियसूत्रसत्त्वादिसंध्यादिहरितादिषु गुण इत्यभिधानात् । ९. अप्रधानः । आत्मनः सकाशादन्यः अप्रधानं प्रधानं न विद्यत इति यावत् ।
