आदिपुराणम् प्रशान्तारिरनम्तारमा योगी योगीश्वरार्चितः । ब्रह्मविद् ब्रह्म तस्वज्ञो ब्रह्मोद्या विद्यतीश्वरः ॥१०॥ शुद्धो बुद्धः प्रबुद्धात्मा सिद्धार्थः सिन्दशासनः । 'सिद्धः सिद्धान्तविद्धयेयः सिद्धसाध्यो जगद्वितः ॥१०॥ सहिष्णुरच्युतोऽनन्तः प्रभविष्णुर्मवोद्भवः । प्रभूष्णुरजरोऽजयों भ्राजिष्णुधीश्वरोऽव्यवः ॥१०९॥
चौरासी लाख योनियों में उत्पन्न नहीं होते इसलिए अयोनिज ६० कहे जाते हैं, मोहरूपी शत्रुको जीतनेवाले हैं इससे मोहारिविजयी ६१ कहलाते हैं, सर्वदा सर्वोत्कृष्ट रूपसे विद्यमान रहते हैं इसलिए जेता ६२ कहे जाते हैं, आप धर्मचक्रको प्रवर्तित करते हैं इसलिए धर्मचक्री ६३ कहलाते हैं, दया ही आपकी ध्वजा है इसलिए आप दयाध्वज ६४ कहे जाते हैं ॥१०६।। आपके समस्त कर्मरूप शत्रु शान्त हो गये हैं इसलिए आप प्रशान्तारि ६५ कहलाते हैं, आपकी आत्माका अन्त कोई नहीं पा सका है इसलिए आप अनन्तात्मा ६६ हैं, आप योग अर्थात् केवलज्ञान आदि अपूर्व अर्थों की प्राप्तिसे सहित हैं अथवा ध्यानसे युक्त हैं अथवा मोक्षप्राप्तिके उपायभूत सम्यग्दर्शनादि उपायोंसे सुशोभित हैं इसलिए योगी ६७ कहलाते हैं, योगियों अर्थात् मुनियोंके औषश्वर आपकी पूजा करते हैं इसलिए योगीश्वरार्चित ६८ हैं, ब्रह्म अर्थात् शुद्ध आत्मस्वरूपको जानते हैं इसलिए ब्रह्मविद् ६९ कहलाते हैं, ब्रह्मचर्य अथवा आत्मारूपी तत्त्वके रहस्यको जाननेवाले हैं इसलिए ब्रह्मतत्त्वज्ञ ७० कहे जाते हैं, पूर्व ब्रह्माके द्वारा कहे हुए समस्त तत्त्व अथवा केवलज्ञानरूपी आत्मविद्याको जानते हैं इसलिए ब्रह्माद्यावित् ७१ कहे जाते हैं, मोक्ष प्राप्त करनेके लिए यत्न करनेवाले संयमी मुनियोंके स्वामी हैं इसलिए यतीश्वर ७२ कहलाते हैं ॥१०७|आप राग-द्वेषादि भाव कर्ममल कलंकसे रहित होनेके कारण शुद्ध ७३ हैं, संसारके समस्त पदार्थों को जाननेवाली केवलज्ञानरूपी बुद्धिसे संयुक्त होनेके कारण बुद्ध ७४ कहलाते हैं, आपकी आत्मा सदा शुद्ध ज्ञानसे जगमगाती रहती है इसलिए आप प्रवुद्धात्मा ७५ हैं, आपके सब प्रयोजन सिद्ध हो चुके हैं इसलिए आप सिद्धार्थ ७६ कहलाते है, आपका शासन सिद्ध अर्थात् प्रसिद्ध हो चुका है इसलिए आप सिद्धशासन ७७ है, आप अपने अनन्तगुणोंको प्राप्त कर चुके हैं अथवा बहुत शीघ्र मोक्ष अवस्था प्राप्त करनेवाले हैं इसलिए सिद्ध ७८ कहलाते हैं, आप द्वादशाङ्गरूपसिद्धान्तको जाननेवाले हैं इसलिए सिद्धान्तविद् ७९ कहे जाते हैं, सभी लोग आपका ध्यान करते हैं इसलिए आप ध्येय ८० कहलाते है, आपके समस्त साध्य अर्थात् करने योग्य कार्य सिद्ध हो चुके हैं इसलिए आप सिद्धसाध्य ८१ कहलाते हैं, आप जगत्के समस्त जीवोंका हिन करनेवाले हैं इससे जगद्धित ८२ कहे जाते हैं ।।१०८॥ सहनशील हैं अर्थात् क्षमा गुणके भण्डार हैं इसलिए सहिष्णु ८३ कहलाते हैं, ज्ञानादि गुणोंसे कभी च्युत नहीं होते इसलिए अच्युत ८४ कहे जाते हैं, विनाशरहित हैं, इसलिए अनन्त ८५ कहलाते हैं, प्रभावशाली हैं इसलिए प्रभविष्णु ८६ कहे जाते हैं, संसारमें आपका जन्म सबसे उत्कृष्ट माना गया है इसलिए आप भवोद्भव ८७ कहलाते हैं, आप शक्तिशाली हैं इसलिए प्रभूष्णु ८८ कहे जाते हैं, वृद्धावस्थासे रहित होने के कारण अजर ८९ हैं, आप कभी जीर्ण नहीं होते इसलिए अजय ९० हैं, ज्ञानादि गुणोंसे अतिशय देदीप्यमान हो रहे हैं इसलिए भ्राजिष्णु ९१ हैं, केवलज्ञानरूपी बुद्धिके ईश्वर हैं इसलिए धीश्वर ९२ कहलाते
१. मोक्षस्वरूपवित् । २. ब्रह्मणा वेदितव्यमावतीति । अथवा ब्रह्मणो वदनं वचनम् । ३. सिद्धसिद्धान्तब०,५०, द०। ४. प्रकर्षण भवनशीलः । ५. भवात् संसारात् उत् उद्गतो भवः उत्पत्तिर्यस्य सः। अथवा अनन्तज्ञानादिभवनरूपेण भवतीति । ६. प्रभवतीति । ७. न जीर्यत इति । ८. प्रकाशनशीलः ।

All your enemies in the form of karma have been pacified, hence you are called Prashantar 65. No one has been able to find the end of your soul, hence you are called Anantatma 66. You are endowed with yoga, i.e., Kevalgyan, etc., or you are engaged in meditation, or you are adorned with the means of liberation, such as Samyagdarshan, etc., hence you are called Yogi 67. The yogis, i.e., the monks, worship you, hence you are called Yogishwararchit 68. You know Brahman, i.e., the pure self, hence you are called Brahmavitt 69. You know the secret of Brahman, i.e., the essence of the self, hence you are called Brahmatattvagya 70. You know all the principles, i.e., the knowledge of the self in the form of Kevalgyan, spoken by Brahma, hence you are called Brahmadyavit 71. You are the lord of the disciplined monks who strive to attain liberation, hence you are called Yateeshwar 72. ||107||

You are pure 73 because you are free from the stains of karma, such as attachment, aversion, etc. You are called Buddha 74 because you are endowed with the knowledge of Kevalgyan, which knows all the objects of the world. Your soul is always illuminated by pure knowledge, hence you are called Prabuddhatma 75. All your purposes have been fulfilled, hence you are called Siddharth 76. Your rule is established, i.e., famous, hence you are called Siddhasasan 77. You have attained your infinite qualities, or you are about to attain the state of liberation very soon, hence you are called Siddha 78. You know the twelve-limbed principles, hence you are called Siddhantvid 79. Everyone meditates on you, hence you are called Dhyeya 80. All your achievable tasks have been accomplished, hence you are called Siddhasadhya 81. You are the benefactor of all the beings in the world, hence you are called Jagaddhit 82. ||108||
