________________ ४५० आदिपुराणम् तत्सत्यमधुना स्वैरं मुक्कसंगो निरम्बरः । अध्ययो विरहत्येवमेकका परमेश्वरः ॥५४॥ यथास्वं विहरन् देशानस्मद्भाग्यादिहागतः । वन्यः पूज्योऽमि गम्यश्चेत्येकं इलाध्यं वचो जगुः ॥५५॥ चेटि बालकमादाय स्तन्यं पायय याम्यहम् । द्रष्टुं मगवतः पादाविति काचित् स्थ्यमाषत ॥५६॥ प्रसाधनमिदं तावदास्तां मे सहमज्जनम् । पूतैर्दृष्टिजलभर्तुः स्नास्यामीत्यपरा जगुः ॥५७॥ भगवन्मुखबालार्कदर्शनान्नो मनोऽम्बुजम् । चिरं प्रबोधमायातु पश्यामोऽय जगद्गुरुम् ॥५८॥ खलु भुक्रवा लत्तिष्ठ गृहाणा मिमं सखि । पूजयामो जगत्पूज्यं गस्त्यन्या जगी गिरम् ॥५९॥ स्नानाशनादिसामग्रीमवमत्य' पुरोगताम् । गता एव तदा पौराः प्रभु द्रष्टुं "पुरोगतम् ॥६॥ गतानुगतिकाः केचित् केचिद् भक्तिमुपागताः । परे कौतुकसाद्भूता" भूतेशं द्रष्टुमुग्रताः ॥६१॥ इति नानाविधैर्जल्पैः संकल्पैश्च हिरुक्कृतैः । समीक्षाम्चक्रिरे पौरा दूरात् त्रातारमानताः ॥६२॥ अहंपूर्वमहंपूर्वमित्युपेतैः समन्ततः । तदा रुखमभूत् पौरैः पुरमाराजमन्दिरात् ॥१३॥ स तु संवेगवैराग्यसिद्धय बद्धपरिच्छदः । जगत्कायस्वमावादितावानुध्यान मामनन् ॥६॥ समस्त परिग्रह और वस्त्र छोड़कर बिना किसी कष्टके इच्छानुसार अकेले ही विहार कर रहे हैं ।।५३-५४|| ये भगवान् अपनी इच्छानुसार अनेक देशोंमें विहार करते हुए हम लोगोंके भाग्यसे ही यहाँ आये हैं इसलिए हमें इनकी वन्दना करनी चाहिए, पूजा करनी चाहिए और इनके सम्मुख जाना चाहिए, इस प्रकार कितने ही लोग प्रशंसनीय वचन कह रहे थे॥५५।। उस समय कोई स्त्री अपनी दासीसे कह रही थी कि हे दासी, तू बालकको लेकर दूध पिला, मैं भगवान्के चरणोंका दर्शन करनेके लिए जाती हूँ ॥५६॥ अन्य कोई स्त्री कह रही थी कि यह स्नानकी सामग्री और यह आभूषण पहननेकी सामग्री दूर रहे मैं तो भगवान के दृष्टिरूपी पवित्र जलसे स्नान करूँगी ।।५७।। भगवान्के मुखरूपी यालसूर्यके दर्शनसे हमारा यह मनरूपी कमल चिरकाल तक विकासको प्राप्त रहे, चलो, आज जगद्गुरु भगवान् वृषभदेवके दर्शन करें ॥५८॥ अन्य कोई स्त्री कह रही थी कि हे सखि, भोजन करना बन्द कर, जल्दी उठ और यह अर्घ हाथमें ले, चलकर जगत्पूज्य भगवानकी पूजा करें ।।५९॥ उस समय नगरनिवासी लोग सामने रखी हुई स्नान और भोजनकी सामग्रोको दूर कर आगे जानेवाले भगवान्के दर्शनके लिए जा रहे थे ॥६॥ कितने ही लोग अन्य लोगोंको जाते हुए देखकर उनकी देखादेखी भगवान्के दर्शन करनेके लिए उद्यत हुए थे। कितने ही भक्तिवश और कितने ही कौतुकके अधीन हो जिनेन्द्रदेवको देखनेके लिए तत्पर हुए थे ॥६१।। इस प्रकार नगरनिवासी लोग परस्पर में अनेक प्रकारकी वातचीत और आदरसहित अनेक संकल्प-विकल्प करते हुए जगत्की रक्षा करनेवाले भगवान्को दूरसे ही नमस्कार कर उनके दर्शन करने लगे ॥६२।। 'मैं पहले पहुँचूँ, मैं पहले पहुँचूँ' इस प्रकार विचार कर चारों ओरसे आये हुए नगरनिवासी लोगोंके द्वारा वह नगर उस समय राजमहल तक खूब भर गया था ॥६३।। उस समय नगरमें यह सब हो रहा था परन्तु भगवान् संवेग और वैराग्यको सिद्धिके लिए कमर बाँधकर संसार और शरीरके स्वभावका चिन्तवन करते हुए प्राणिमात्र, गुणाधिक, दुःखी और अविनयी जीवोंपर क्रमसे १. वनम् । प्रस्थितवानिति श्रुतम् । २. अबाधः । ३. एकाकी । ४. अभिमुखं गन्तुं योग्यः । ५. काचिदभाषत प० । ६. भोजनेनालम् । ७. शीघ्रम् । ८. पूजाद्रव्यम् । ९. अवज्ञां कृत्वा । १०. अग्रे स्थितमित्यर्थः । पुरोगताम् अग्रगामित्वम् । ११. आश्चर्याधीनाः । १२. पृथक्कृतः। हिरुङ् नानार्धवर्जने। कृतशुभभावनादिपरिकरैः । हि सत्कृतः प० । स्वहितात्कृतैः अ०। १३. ददृशुः । १४. संभूतैः । १५. राजभवनपर्यन्तम । १६. अनुस्मरणम् । १७. अभ्यास कुर्वन् ।
