Subject in brief:
This Upanisat describes, in the form of a dialogue between Lakṣmi and Nārāyaṇa, the greatness of cakra and points out the necessity and the friuts of bearing the marks of Cakra on shoulders. But the Santimantra Patha found in other Upanisats is not to be found in this Upanișat either at the beginning or at the end.
