सिद्धांतिओने यह विद्या सूत्र-५१ में मूल अर्धमागधी में दी हुई महाविद्या लिपी वर्ण से लिखी है । शास्त्र के मर्म को समझा न हो, कुशीलवाला हो उन्हें गीतार्थ श्रुतधर को यह प्रवचन विद्या न देना या प्ररूपना नहीं चाहिए । सूत्र - ५३-५५
यह श्रेष्ठ विद्या से सभी तरीके से खुद को अभिमंत्रित करके उस क्षमावान् इन्द्रिय का दमन करनेवाले और जितेन्द्रिय सो जाए निंद में जो शुभ या अशुभ सपना आए उसे अच्छी तरह से अवधारण करे, याद रखे, वहाँ जिस तरह का सपना देखा हो उसके अनुसार शुभ या अशुभ बने । यदि सुंदर सपना हो तो यह महा परमार्थतत्त्वसारभूत शल्योद्धार बने ऐसा समझना। सूत्र-५६-५७
इस तरह की आठ मद को और लोक के अग्र हिस्से बिराजमान सिद्ध को स्तवता हो वैसे निःशल्य होने की अभिलाषावाले आत्मा को शुद्ध आलोचना देना । अपने पाप की आलोचना करके, गुरु के पास प्रकट करके शल्यरहित बने । उसके बाद भी चैत्य और साध को वंदन करके साध को विधिवत खमाए। सूत्र-५८-६२
___पापशल्य को खमाकर फिर से विधिवत् देव-असूर सहित जगत को आनन्द देते हुए निर्मूलपन से शल्य का उद्धार करते हैं । उस मुताबिक शल्यरहित होकर सर्व भाव से फिर से विधि सहित चैत्य को वांदे और साधर्मिक को खमाए । खास करके जिसके साथ एक उपाश्रय वसति में वास किया है । जिसके साथ गाँव-गाँव विचरण किया हो, कठिन वचन से जिन्होंने सारणादिक प्रेरणा दी हो, जिन किसी को भी कार्य अवसर या कार्य बिना कठिन, कड़े, निष्ठुर वचन सुनाए हो, उसने भी सामने कुछ प्रत्युत्तर दिया है, वो शायद जिन्दा या मरा हुआ हो तो उसे सर्व भाव से खमाए, यदि जिन्दा हो तो वहाँ जाकर विनय से खमाए, मरे हुए हो तो साधु साक्षी में खमाए। सूत्र-६३-६५
उस प्रकार तीन भुवन को भी भाव से क्षामणा करके मन, वचन, काया के योग से शुद्ध होनेवाला वो निश्चयपूर्वक इस प्रकार घोषित करे, ''मैं सर्व जीव को खमाता हूँ । सर्व जीव मुझे क्षमा दो । सर्व जीव के साथ मुझे मैत्री भाव है । किसी भी जीव के साथ मुझे बैर-भाव नहीं । भवोभव में हरएक जीव के सम्बन्ध में आनेवाला मैं, मन, वचन, काया से सर्वभाव से सर्व तरह से सब को खमाता हूँ। सूत्र -६६
इस प्रकार स्थापना, घोषणा करके चैत्यवंदना करे, साधुसाक्षीपूर्वक गुरु की भी विधिवत् क्षमा याचना करे सूत्र - ६७-७०
सम्यक् तरह से गुरु भगवंत को खमाकर अपनी शक्ति अनुसार ज्ञान की महिमा करे । फिर से वंदन विधि सहित वंदन करे । परमार्थ, तत्त्वभूत और सार समान यह शल्योद्धारण किस तरह करना वो गुरु मुख से सूने । सूनकर उस मुताबिक आलोचना करे, कि जिसकी आलोचना करने से केवलज्ञान उत्पन्न हो।
