अध्ययन/उद्देश/सूत्रांक सूत्र-२१३
उद्गम उत्पादना एषणा भेदरूप आहार पानी आदि के बयालीस और पाँच मांडली के दोष से दूषित ऐसे जो भाजन-पात्र उपकरण पानी-आहार और फिर यह सब नौ कोटी- (मन, वचन, काया से करण, करावण, अनुमोदन) से अशुद्ध हो तो उसका भोगवटा करे तो चोरी का दोष लगे । (उसकी आलोचना करे ।) सूत्र-२१४-२१५
दिव्यकाम, रतिसुख यदि मन, वचन, काया से करे, करवाए, अनुमोदना करे, ऐसे त्रिविध-त्रिविध से रतिसुख पाए या औदारिक रतिसुख पाए या औदारिक रतिसुख मन से भी चिन्तवन करे तो उसे अ-ब्रह्मचारी मानो। ब्रह्मचर्य की नौ तरह की गुप्ति की जो कोई साधु या साध्वी विराधना करे या रागवाली दृष्टि करे तो वो ब्रह्मचर्य का पापशल्य पाती है । (उसकी आलोचना करना ।) सूत्र-२१६
गण के प्रमाण से ज्यादा धर्म-उपकारण का संग्रह करे, वो परिग्रह है। सूत्र - २१७-२१८
कषाय सहित क्रूर भाव से जो कलूषित भाषा बोले, पापवाले दोषयुक्त वचन से जो उत्तर दे, वो भी मृषाअसत्य वचन जानना चाहिए । रज-धूल से युक्त बिना दिया हुआ जो ग्रहण करे वो चोरी । हस्तकर्म, शब्द आदि विषय का सेवन वो मैथुन, जिस चीज में मूर्छा, लालच, कांक्षा, ममत्वभाव हो वो परिग्रह, उणोदरी न करना, आकंठ भोजन करना उसे रात्रि भोजन कहा है। सूत्र - २१९-२२१
इष्ट शब्द, रूप, रस, गंध, स्पर्श में राग और अनिष्ट शब्द आदि में द्वेष, पलभर के लिए भी मुनि न करे, चार कषाय चतुष्क को मन में ही उपशान्त कर दे, दुष्ट मन, वचन, काया के दंड़ का परिहार करे, अप्रासुक-सचित्त पानी का परिभोग न करे-उपभोग न करे, बीज-स्थावरकाय का संघट्ट-स्पर्श न करे । सूत्र - २२२-२२४
ऊपर कहे गए इस महापाप का त्याग न करे तब तक शल्यरहित नहीं होता । इस महा-पाप में से शरीर के लिए एक छोटा-सूक्ष्म पाप करे तब तक वो मुनि शल्यरहित न बने । इसलिए गुरु समक्ष आलोचना यानि पाप प्रकट करके, गुरु महाराज ने दिया प्रायश्चित्त करके, कपट-दंभ-शल्य रहित तप करके जो देव या मानव के भव में उत्पन्न हो वहाँ उत्तम जाति, उत्तम समृद्धि, उत्तम सिद्धि, उत्तम रूप, उत्तम सौभाग्य पाए । यदि उस भवे सिद्धि न पाए तो यह सब उत्तम सामग्री जरुर पाए । उस मुताबिक भगवंत के पास जो मैंने सूना वो कहता हूँ। सूत्र- २२५
यहाँ श्रुतधर को कुलिखित का दोष न देखा । लेकिन जो इस सूत्र की पूर्व की प्रति लिखी थी । उसमें ही कहीं श्लोकार्ध भाग, कहीं पद-अक्षर, कहीं पंक्ति, कहीं तीन-तीन पन्ने ऐसे काफी ग्रन्थ हिस्सा क्षीण हुआ था।

Without giving, whatever is received with dust-dirt, that is theft. Enjoyment of the subject of handcraft, words etc. that is sexual intercourse, in which there is fainting, greed, desire, possessive feeling, that is attachment, not to be gluttonous, eating to the full, that is called night-meal. In desirable words, form, taste, smell, touch, attachment and in undesirable words etc. aversion, even for a moment, the muni should not do, four passions four-fold should be pacified in the mind, avoid the punishment of evil mind, speech, body, do not consume-use water with impure-mind, do not touch-contact seed-stationary body. Sutra-222-224
If one does not abandon this great sin then he/she does not become free from the affliction. From this great sin, if one commits a small-subtle sin for the body then that muni does not become free from the affliction. Therefore, by revealing the sin in front of the guru, by performing the atonement given by the guru maharaj, by practicing penance free from deceit-hypocrisy-affliction, whoever is born in the realm of gods or humans, there he/she obtains excellent birth, excellent prosperity, excellent accomplishment, excellent form, excellent fortune. If in that realm accomplishment is not obtained then surely all these excellent materials are obtained. According to that, I say what I heard from the Bhagvant. Sutra-225
Here the fault of miswriting was not seen in Shruthadhar. But in the previous copy of this Sutra, somewhere the part of the verse, somewhere the word-letter, somewhere the line, somewhere three-three pages, such a lot of part of the text was diminished.
