## Sutra
Aagam Sutra 27, Payanna Sutra - 4, 'Bhaktaparijna' Sutra - 167
By the effect of this being practiced once with effort, the being does not experience sorrow and poverty even for lifetimes. Sutra - 168
_ This Dharma is an unparalleled Chintamani gem, and an unparalleled Kalpavriksha, it is the supreme mantra, and then it is like the supreme nectar. Sutra - 169
Now (by the Guru's teachings) for the Manimaya Mandir, beautifully radiant, with the qualities of Jin, free from the blemish of Anjan, with the remembrance of the five prostrations, the devotee should give up their life. Sutra - 170
That (Shravak) devotee, by worshipping Bhaktaparijna from the lowest level, through the purity of the result, becomes a Mahardhik Devata in the Saudharma Devaloka. Sutra - 171
By worshipping Bhaktaparijna in an excellent way, a householder becomes a Devata in the twelfth Devaloka named Achyuta, and if they are a Sadhu, they attain the bliss of Moksha in an excellent way, or they are born in the Sarvarthasiddha Vimana. Sutra - 172
In this way, the Yogeshwar Jin Mahaviraswami, according to the auspicious words spoken by him, this Bhaktaparijna Payanna is read, recited, and practiced by the blessed ones. (What they attain is explained in the next verse) Sutra - 173
The soul that properly worships the one hundred and seventy verses, like the one hundred and seventy Tirthankaras spoken for the sake of the principle, for the excellent wandering of the human realm, attains eternal blissful Moksha.
