आलोचनाके पथपर अणुव्रती-संघ १२३ संघके पण्डालमें तुलसीरामजीके अनेकों शिष्य लाल, पीली और नीली पगड़ी पहने हुए इकट्ठे हुए, जहाँ कि तुलसीरामजी एक ऊँचे मंचपर विराजमान थे, एक शिष्यने १४८ प्रतिज्ञायें पढ़ी। तुलसीरामजीने ऊँचे स्वरमें पूछा "क्या तुमको ये प्रतिज्ञायें स्वीकार हैं ?" जनताने उत्तर दिया-"हम सब उनसे सहमत हैं।" ___ "प्रतिज्ञाओंमें लिखा गया है कि घूस न लगे न देंगे ; झूठे राशनकार्ड नहीं बनवायेंगे ; बिना टिकटके सफर नहीं करेंगे ; जाली हस्ताक्षर नहीं बनायेंगे ; आत्महत्या नहीं करेंगे ; दूधमें पानी और आटेमें किसी
और चूर्ण आदिकी मिलावट नहीं करेंगे; किसी लड़कीके विवाहके सम्बन्धमें झूठ न बोलेंगे, अन्धी लड़कीको सूझती नहीं बतायेंगे; आदि।
