आत्मानुशासन
deaths - samsāra - and when one practices to perceive these three to be different from the soul, liberation is achieved.
बन्धो जन्मनि येन येन निबिडं निष्पादितो वस्तुना बाह्यार्थैकरतेः पुरा परिणतप्रज्ञात्मनः साम्प्रतम् । तत्तत्तन्निधनाय साधनमभूद्वैराग्यकाष्ठास्पृशो दुर्बोधं हि तदन्यदेव विदुषामप्राकृतं कौशलम् ॥२४४॥
अर्थ – संसार में अवस्थित बाह्य पदार्थों में अत्यधिक अनुराग रखने वाले जीव के पहले जिस-जिस वस्तु के द्वारा दृढ़ बन्ध उत्पन्न हुआ था उसी जीव के इस समय यथार्थ ज्ञान से परिणत होकर वैराग्य की चरम सीमा को प्राप्त होने पर वह-वह वस्तु उक्त बन्ध के विनाश का कारण हो । रही है। विद्वानों की यह अलौकिक कुशलता अनुपम ही है तथा दुर्बोध है - बड़े कष्ट से जानी जाती है।
The objects of the world for which the man had earlier entertained deep infatuation and caused severe bondage, later on, when he acquires true knowledge and thereby gets absolutely detached to these, the same objects cause destruction of the above-mentioned bondage. This divine deftness of wise men is unparalleled and extremely difficult to fathom.
