એવી ભાવનાની મુખ્યતા હાય છે. અને સત્સ્વરૂપના યથાર્થ ગ્રહણથી—યથાથ સમજણુથી ઉપજતા પક્ષપાત તે તાત્ત્વિક છે, તેમાં સાચું તે મારુ'' એવી ભાવનાની મુખ્યતા હાય છે. અતાત્ત્વિક પક્ષપાતમાં મતનુ પ્રાધાન્ય છે, ત્યારે તાત્ત્વિક પક્ષપાતમાં ‘ સત્ ’તું પ્રાધાન્ય છે. અતાત્ત્વિક પક્ષપાત મતાભિનિવેશરૂપ છે, તાત્ત્વિક પક્ષપાત તત્ત્વપ્રવેશરૂપ છે. આવા મહત્વના ફેર એ બે વચ્ચે છે. એટલે અતાત્ત્વિક પક્ષપાત જેમ અપ્રશસ્ત છે, અનિષ્ટ છે, તેમ તાત્ત્વિક પક્ષપાત પ્રશસ્ત છે, ઈષ્ટ છે. આ તાત્ત્વિક પક્ષપાત જ અત્ર પ્રસ્તુત છે, અને તે ગુણાનુરાગજન્ય પ્રેમને લીધે સત્ વસ્તુ પ્રત્યેની અંતરંગ રુચિથી–પ્રતીતિથી— ભાવથી ઉપજતા હાઈ પરમ પ્રશસ્ત છે. આ શુદ્ધ ભાવરૂપ પક્ષપાતની વાત કંઇ આર છે! તેની પાસે ભાવવિહીન જડ દ્રવ્ય ક્રિયા કઇ ગણનામાં નથી, સૂર્ય પાસે આગીઆ જેવી તુચ્છ છે. આ ઉપરથી સાર બાધ એ લેવા યાગ્ય છે કે બાહ્ય દ્રવ્ય ક્રિયા ઉપર જે ભાર મૂકવામાં આવે છે તેના કરતાં અનંતગણે। ભાર ભાવ * ઉપર મૂકવા જોઇએ. પણ લેાકેાની ઘણું કરી એથી ઉલટી જ સ્થિતિ દેખી ખેદ પામેલા કરુણાળુ સંતુજને પાકાર કરી ગયા છે કે:—
“ દ્રવ્ય ક્રિયારુચિ જીવડા રે, ભાવ ધમ રુચિહીન,
ઉપદેશક પણ તેવા રે, શું કરે જીવ નવીન ?....ચંદ્રાનન॰ ”—શ્રી દેવચ’દ્રજી 品
અને તેવા પ્રકારે કહે છે—
खद्योतकस्य यत्तेजस्तदल्पं च विनाशि च ।
विपरीतमिदं भानोरिति भाव्यमिदं बुधैः ॥ २२४ ॥

વૃત્તિ:-સ્રોતદસ્ય—ખદ્યોતનું સત્ત્વવિશેષ્ણુ, ચત્તુનઃ—જે તેજ-પ્રકાશાત્મક છે, ત—તે, શુ ? તો કે-અત્યંત રવિનાશિ૬-અપ અને વિનાશી છે,-સ્વરૂપથી વિનીમિટું માનોઃ—ભાનુનુ આ વિપરીત છે, એટલે કે સૂર્યનું તેજ બહુ અને અવિનાશી છે. રૂત્તિ—એમ, એવા ભાવનું, માન્યમિત્ આ ભાગ્ય છે, ભાવવા યાગ્ય છે, અધિકૃત પક્ષપાત થકી, આ ક્રિયાદિક, યુધૈ:—બુધાથી, તત્ત્વનીતિએ કરીને.
