હાબાદઃ ભવ્યાધિ ભિષવરેને બીજાધાનાદિર બંધ
(૪૧૩).
यस्य येन प्रकारेण बीजाधानादिसंभवः । सानुबन्धो भवत्येते तथा तस्य जगुस्ततः ॥ १३५ ॥
સાનુબંધ બીજ આદિને, સંભવ જેને જેમ
તેને એઓએ અહીં, બાધ કર્યો છે તેમ, ૧૩૫ અર્થ –જેને જે પ્રકારે સાનુબંધ બીજાધાન આદિને સંભવ થાય, તેના પ્રત્યે તેવા પ્રકારે તેઓએ તેટલા માટે કહ્યું છે.
વિવેચન “ભવરગના વૈદ્ય જિનેશ્વરૂ, ભાવૌષધ તુજ ભક્તિ;
દેવચંદ્રને શ્રી અરિહંતને, છે આધાર એ વ્યક્તિ.”–શ્રી દેવચંદ્રજી અને આમ ઉપરમાં કહ્યું તેમ આ મહાત્મા સર્વ ભવવ્યાધિના ભિષવરે છે–સંસારરેગના વૈદ્યરાજે છે, એટલા માટે જ જે પ્રાણીને જે પ્રકારે સાનુબંધ
બીજાધાન આદિને સંભવ થાય, તેવા પ્રકારે તેઓએ, કુશલ બીજાધાનાદિ માલીની પેઠે, તેના પ્રત્યે ઉપદેશકાર્ય કર્યું. તે આ પ્રકારે :-વનસ્પતિથાય તે બધા શાસ્ત્રના નિયમ પ્રમાણે કઈ છોડને ઊગવા માટે અમુક જાતનું ખાતર
જોઈએ છે. કોઈ બીજા છેડને માટે બીજી જાતનું ખાતર ખપે છે. આમ જૂદા જૂદા છોડને માટે જુદી જુદી જાતનું ખાતર નાંખવું પડે છે. આ મુદ્દો લક્ષમાં રાખીને કુશલ માલી ભૂમિમાં બીજાધાન થાય, બીજ રોપાય, ઊગી નીકળે, એવું ખાતર નાંખે છે. તેમ આ કુશલ ભિષવર પણ ગ્ય પાત્રવિશેષરૂપ શિષ્યની ચિત્તભૂમિમાં સમ્યગૂ બેધ–બીજનું આધાન થાય, પણ થાય, તેવું ભવેઢેગ ઉપજે એવું ઉપદેશ રૂપ ખાતર નાંખે છે.
માળી જેમ બીજાધાન થયા પછી પણ, બીજ રોપાયા પછી પણ, તેમાંથી અંકુરફણગો ફૂટે તેમ જલસિંચન કરે છે તેમ આ નિપુણ વૈદ્યરાજે પણ તે તે શિષ્યને તે બેધબીજ ઊગી નીકળી તેમાંથી અંકુર ફૂટે એવું સદુપદેશજલ સિંચે છે. પછી માળી જેમ તે કુમળા છોડને રક્ષવા માટે તેની આસપાસ વૃત્તિ-વાડ કરે છે, જ્યારે બાંધે છે, અને તેને પાણી પાયા કરે છે, તેમ આ નિષ્ણાત વૈદ્યવરે શિષ્યના ઊગતા ધરૂપ
કૃતિ – શ્ય–જે પ્રાણને, જેન કાળ–નિત્યદેશના આદિ લક્ષણવાળા જે પ્રકારે, ચીકાથીનારિસંમવા બીજાધાન આદિને સંભવતાપ્રકારે ભોગ આદિ ભાવે કરીને, સાનુ પો મવતિ–સાનુબંધ થાય તેવા પ્રકારે ઉત્તર ગુણદ્ધિ વડે કરીને, તે-આ સર્વાએ તથા તેવા પ્રકારે, તોય તેને, તેના પ્રત્યે, ગjદકહ્યું છે, ગાયું છે, તd-તેટલા માટે.

Keeping this point in mind, the skilled gardener applies fertilizer to the land so that the seed-deposit is formed, the seeds are sown, and they sprout. Similarly, this skilled physician also applies fertilizer in the form of instruction to the mind-land of the disciple, who is a special type of vessel, so that the right faith - the seed - is deposited, and it grows.
Just as the gardener, even after the seed-deposit is formed, even after the seeds are sown, waters them so that the sprouts grow, so this skilled king of physicians also waters that disciple with the water of good instruction so that the faith-seed sprouts and grows. Then, just as the gardener, to protect the tender plants, makes a fence around them, binds them, and waters them, so this expert physician protects the growing virtue - the disciple - who, in what way, due to the characteristics of the eternal law, the seed-deposit and other things, which are possible due to the non-attachment to the objects of the senses, are possible, by doing the enjoyment and other things, by becoming attached, in that way, by the virtue of the northern direction, has done, for him, in that way, they have said, they have sung, for that reason.
