________________ अधिकार बीसवाँ [ अनुभव-स्वरूप ] शास्त्रोपदर्शितदिशा गलितासद्ग्रहकषायकलुषाणाम् । प्रियमनुभवैकवैद्यं रहस्यमाविर्भवति किमपि ॥१॥ भावार्थ : शास्त्र में बताई हुई दिशा से जिनके असद्ग्रह, कषाय और कालुष्य (रागद्वेष) नष्ट हो गए हैं, उन पुरुषों को अनुभव से ही जाना जा सके, ऐसा कुछ इष्ट रहस्य प्रगट हो जाता है ॥१॥ प्रथमाभ्यासविलासादाविर्भूयैव यत्क्षणाल्लीनम् । चंचत्तरुणीविभ्रमसममुत्तरलं मनः कुरुते ॥ २ ॥ भावार्थ : जो रहस्य प्रथम अभ्यास के विलास से प्रकट होकर क्षणभर में तल्लीन हुए मन को युवती स्त्री के मनोहर विलास के समान अत्यन्त आतुरता वाला बना देता है ॥२॥ सुविदितयोगैरिष्ट क्षिप्तं मूढं तथैव विक्षिप्तम् । एकाग्रं च निरुद्धं चेतः पञ्चप्रकारमिति ॥३॥ भावार्थ : जिन्होंने योग के स्वरूप को अच्छी तरह जान लिया है, उन योगियों ने ५ प्रकार का मन बताया है- (१) क्षिप्त, (२) मूढ़, (३) विक्षिप्त, (४) एकाग्र और (५) निरुद्ध ||३|| २८८ अध्यात्मसार
