न ह्यासयस्य बन्धस्य तपनीयमयस्य च । पारतन्त्र्याविशेषेण फलभेदोऽस्ति कश्चन ॥६१॥
भावार्थ : बेड़ी लोहे की हो या सोने की परतन्त्रता दोनों में एक सरीखी होती है; इस कारण उनमें किसी प्रकार का फलभेद नहीं होता ॥६१॥ फलाभ्यां सुखदुःखाभ्यां न भेदः पुण्यपापयोः। दुःखान भिद्यते हन्त ! यतः पुण्यफलं सुखम् ॥६२॥
भावार्थ : सुख और दुःखरूप फल को लेकर पुण्य और पाप में कोई भेद नहीं है, क्योंकि पुण्य का फल, जो सुख है, वह दुःख से खास भिन्न नहीं है ॥६२॥ सर्वपुण्यफलं दुःखं कर्मोदयकृतत्वतः । तत्र दुःखप्रतीकारे विमूढानां सुखत्वधीः ॥६३॥
भावार्थ : समस्त पुण्यों का फल दुःखरूप है, क्योंकि यह सब कर्मो के उदय से होता है । मूढ़ लोगों को दुःख के प्रतीकार में सुख होने की बुद्धि होती है ॥६३।। परिणामाच्च तापाच्च संस्काराच्च बुधैर्मतम् । गुणवृत्तिविरोधाच्च दुःखं पुण्यभवं सुखम् ॥६४॥ __ भावार्थ : पुण्य से उत्पन्न हुए सुख को पण्डितों परिणाम की दृष्टि से, ताप की दृष्टि से, संस्कार की दृष्टि से तथा गुणवृत्ति का विरोध होने के कारण दुःखरूप माना है ॥६४॥ २४०
