भावार्थ : वह (ज्ञानयोगी) आत्मा से आत्मा (मन या स्वभाव) को रोककर स्थित रहता है, स्वकृत कर्मों का भेदन करता है। सहज आचार का पालन करने के कारण वह हठ (बलात्) प्रयोगों से निवृत्त (उपरत) रहता है ॥५०॥ लोकसंज्ञाविनिर्मुक्तो मिथ्याचारप्रपञ्चहृत् । उल्लसत्कण्डकस्थानः परेण परमाश्रितः ॥५१॥
__ भावार्थ : तथा लोकसंज्ञा से मुक्त मिथ्या-आचार के प्रपञ्च का नाशक, कण्डकस्थान में उल्लास रखने वाला तथा उत्कृष्ट भाव से आत्मा का आश्रित होता है ॥५१॥ श्रद्धावानाज्ञया युक्तः शस्त्रातीतो यशस्त्रवान् । गतो दृष्टेषु निर्वेदमनिहृतपराक्रमः ॥५२॥
भावार्थ : तथा श्रद्धावान्, जिनाज्ञा से युक्त, शस्त्रों को भी मात करने वाला (अशुभ अध्यवसायशस्त्रमुक्त), तथापि बाह्यशस्त्रों से रहित, पौद्गलिक पदार्थों के प्रति निर्वेद (वैराग्य) को प्राप्त और अपनी आत्मशक्ति (आत्मवीर्य) को नहीं छिपाने वाला ॥५२॥ निक्षिप्तदण्डो ध्यानाग्निर्दग्धपापेन्धनव्रजः । प्रतिस्रोतोऽनुगतत्वेन लोकोत्तरचरित्रभृत् ॥५३॥
