| [દ્વિતીયખંડ – ગીત ગાતી સારવ – अमेसंगका कुमार आछा अंगका अमोर ओपे, रंगका भरेल ब्रजे अनंगका रुप जंगका सधीर ओपे उमंगका कोट जोपे, भडवंका दानेशरी लोधीका का भूप ।। भलाभला रहे पास हरोलां अहलां भाखे, मसल्लां बंगलां मोलां अनोठां मरोड तेग झल्ला, बडा पल्ला अमल्लां पिआवे तसा, जीआ हरा टल्ला नावे जल्लामांहि जोड बापका बचन्नमांहि आपका बिचार ब्राजे, अनाथका नाथ हुवा आशरा आधार जापका जापण बाक पाथका भालका जशा, आथका आपणा लांबा हाथका अपार धर्मकुमार हुंका ध्यानही हिंयामे धरे, धरमकुमार हुंकी प्रथाका धूरेश हरिसंग माथेहरि खुशी ही हेतसुं होसे, हरिसंग खुशी हेतु पाळवा हमेश આવ્યું ત્યારે તેમના ઘોડા ચોરી લેવાને તેણે પ્રયત્ન કર્યો હતો. પણ તેમાં તે ફાવ્યો નહિં. ઉલટો સ્વામિનારાયણનો ઉપદેશ સાંભળી તેમને પરમ શિષ્ય થયા અને લુંટફાટનો ધંધો પડતો મુકયે. તેમ ચરોતરના બીજા પગીઓ, કળીઓ, તથા ઘણું પાટીદારે તેમને શિષ્ય થયા.
• –રાઈટ રેવન્ડ હેબટ લેઈ બીશપને મેળાપ– - સંવત ૧૮૮૧ ની સાલના ફાગણ વદમાં કલકતાના ગવરનર જનરલનો પાદરી એટલે હિંદુસ્તાનના સર્વ પાદરીઓનો ઉપરી ગુજરાતમાં આવ્યો હતો. તેને નડીયાદમાં ઈ. સ. ૧૮૨૫ની તા. ૨૬મી માર્ચને રોજ સ્વામિનારાયણનો મેળાપ થયો. તેણે તે મેળાપનું વર્ણન પિતાની મુસાફરીના પુસ્તક બીજામાં પૃષ્ટ ૧૪ કથી ૧૫ સુધી દસ પૃષ્ટમાં લખ્યું છે. તે લખે છે કે આમોદ (ખેડા જીલ્લામાં છે ત્યાં)માં તા. ૨૫ મી માર્ચને રોજ ખેડાના' કલેકટર વીલીઅમસને મને કહ્યું કે –
That some good had been done Mr. Williamson said among the wild "Kolis" by the preaching and popularity of the "Hindoo Reformer, Swami Narayen.” His morality was said to be far better than any which could be learnt from the Shastras. He preached a great degree of purity, forbidding his disciples so much as to look on any women whom they passed. He condemned threft and bloodshed, and those villages and districts which had received him from being among the worst were now among the best and more orderly in the provinces. Nor was this all insomuch as was said to have preached one God and, in short, to have made considerable approaches to the truth that I could not but hope he might be appointed instrument to prepare the way for the Gospel.
-: તરજુમો. :મી. વિલીઅન્સન લખે છે કે જંગલી કાળી લોકોના જીવનમાં હિંદુ-ધર્મના સુધારક સ્વામિનારાયણની કપ્રિયતા અને સદુપદેશથી કેટલેક ઈચ્છવા ગ્ય સુધારો થયો છે.
