Say, O friends, was this then Alim 'Ali ! 430 Magar āj hāgir hū, haiAli.
Was it not rather 'Ali himself? Ilāhi ! yuh kis nür kā nūr bai,
O God! what perfect effulgence is this, Jawāni, shujā'at so ma'mur hai !
