श्री सूत्रकृताङ्ग सूत्रम् टीका - न ह्यमनुष्या अशेषदुःखानामन्तं कुर्वन्ति, तथाविधसामग्यभावात्, यथैकेषां वादिनामाख्यातं, तद्यथा-देवा एवोत्तरोत्तरं स्थानमास्कन्दन्तोऽशेषक्लेशप्रहाणं कुर्वन्ति, न तथेह-आर्हते प्रवचने इति । इदमन्यत् पुनरे केषां गणधरादीनां स्वशिष्याणां वा गणधरादिभिराख्यातं, तद्यथा-युगसमिलादिन्यायावाप्तकथञ्चित्कर्मविवरात् योऽयं शरीरसमुच्छ्रयः सौऽकृतधर्मोपायैरसुमद्भिर्महासमुद्रप्रभ्रष्टरत्नवत्पुनर्दुर्लभो भवति, तथा चोक्तम् -
"ननु पुनरिदमति दुर्लभमगाधसंसारजलधिविभ्रष्टम् । मानुष्यं खद्योतकतडिल्लताविलसितप्रतिमम् ॥१॥" इत्यादि ॥१७॥
टीकार्थ - जो मनुष्य नहीं है वे अपने अशेष-समस्त दुःखों का अन्त करने में समर्थ नहीं होते क्योंकि उन्हें उस प्रकार की सामग्री प्राप्त नहीं है । इस संदर्भ में किन्हीं-अन्य मतवादियों का यह अभिमत है कि देवता ही उत्तरोत्तर उत्तम स्थानों को उपलब्ध करते हुए समस्त क्लेशों-दुःखों का प्रहाण-क्षय या विनाश करते हैं किन्तु तीर्थंकर प्ररुपित सिद्धान्त में ऐसा नहीं है । गणधर आदि महापुरुषों ने अपने शिष्यों से कहा है कियह मनुष्य शरीर युगसमिल न्याय-जल में पतित भिन्न भिन्न दिशावर्ती दो काष्ठ खण्डों का जैसे कभी चिरकालानन्तर अनायास मिलन हो जाता है-दोनों मिल जाते हैं उसी तरह कर्म विदारण के परिणामस्वरूप बड़ी कठिनाई से प्राप्त होता है । जिन्होंने धर्मोपाय-धर्माराधना नहीं की, उन प्राणियों के लिये महासागर में गिरे हुए र तरह यह शरीर दर्लभ है। कहा है-यह मनष्य शरीर जगन के प्रकाश तथा विद्यत की चमक के समान अत्यन्त चंचल-अस्थिर है । अपार संसार समुद्र में विभ्रष्ट हो गया हो, खो गया हो विभिन्न योनियों में भटक रहा 'हो तो इसे पुनः प्राप्त करना अत्यन्त कठिन है।
इओ विद्धंसम्मणस्स, पुणो संबोहि दुल्लभा ।
दुल्लहाओ तहच्चाओ, जे धम्मटुं वियागरे ॥१८॥ छाया - इतो विध्वंसमानस्य, पुनः सम्बोधि दुर्लभा ।
दुर्लभा तथार्चा, ये धर्मार्थ व्यागृणान्ति ॥ __ अनुवाद - इस मनुष्य शरीर से जो जीव विभ्रष्ट हो गया हो-इतर योनियों में, संसार में भटकने लगे हो तो उसको फिर बोधि प्राप्त होना कठिन है । सम्यक्दर्शन के अनुरूप अर्चा-भावना की प्राप्ति कठिन है, जो जीव धर्म का आख्यान करते हैं-प्रतिपादन करते हैं तथा धर्म प्राप्ति के योग्य है । वैसी अन्त:परिणति या लेश्या प्राप्त करना बहुत कठिन है।
टीका - अपिच-'इतः' अमुष्मात् मनुष्यभवात्सद्धर्मत वा विध्वंसमानस्या कृतपुण्यस्य पुनरस्मिन् संसारे पर्यटतो 'बोधिः' सम्यग्दर्शनावाप्तिः सुदुर्लभा उत्कृष्टतः अपार्धपुद्गलपरावर्तकालेन यतो भवति, तथा 'दुर्लभा' दुरापा तथाभूता-सम्यग्दर्शनप्राप्तियोग्या 'अर्चा' लेश्याऽन्तः-करणपरिणतिरकृतधर्मणामिति, यदिवाऽर्चा-मनुष्यशरीरं तदप्यकृतधर्म बीजानामार्यक्षेत्रसुकुलोत्पत्तिसकलेन्द्रियसामग्यादिरूपं दुर्लभं भवति, जन्तूनां ये धर्मरूपमर्थं व्याकुर्वन्ति, ये धर्मप्रतिपत्तियोग्या इत्यर्थः, तेषां तथाभूतार्चा सुदुर्लभा भवतीति ॥१८॥
टीकार्थ – अकृत पुण्य-जिसने पुण्यात्मक कार्य नहीं किये हो, वह जीव इस मनुष्य भव से या सद्धर्म से विध्वस्त-विभ्रष्ट होकर इस संसार में पर्यटन करता है, उसे फिर सम्यक्दर्शन प्राप्त होना बहुत कठिन है
