I have known Dr. Kumarpal Desai for about seven years now have been impressed very much with his simpleness, energy, and dedication. He has been very instrumental in spreading Mahavirswami's Jain religion to many within and outside of India by writing books and giving lectures.
He recently published an Encyclopedia on Mahavirswami, Jain religion's 24th and last Tirthankar of this era. This book covers all the places Mahavirswami went to since his birth and brief description of his Deshna given to people. The book gives so many details about Mahavirswami that is not found anywhere else. Another book, "Glory of Jainism" in English has given an opportunity to young and old to know the contribution of 108 people in spreading Jain religion.
