मूलाचारएकं च तिणि सत्तय दस सत्तरसेव होंति बावीसा। तेतीसमुदधिमाणा पुढवीण ठिदीणमुक्कस्सं ॥१११५॥
एकं च त्रीणि सप्त च दश सप्तदशैव भवंति द्वाविंशतिः । त्रयस्त्रिंशत् उदधिमानानि पृथिवीनां स्थितीनामुत्कृष्टं१११५
अर्थ-नरक पृथिवियोंकी उत्कृष्ट आयु क्रमसे एक तीन सात दश सत्रह वाईस तेतीससागर है ॥ १११५ ॥ पढमादियमुक्कस्सं बिदियादिसु साधियं जहण्णत्तं । धम्मायभवणविंतर वाससहस्सा दस जहण्णं॥१११६ प्रथमादिकमुत्कृष्टं द्वितीयादिषु साधिकं जघन्यं । धर्माभवनव्यंतराणां वर्षसहस्राणि दश जघन्यं ॥१११६॥
अर्थ-जो पहले नरक आदिकी उत्कृष्ट आयु है वह अगले अगले दूसरे आदि नरकमें एक समय अधिक जघन्य है और धर्मा नामका पहला नरक भवनवासी तथा व्यंतरोंकी जघन्य आयु दस हजार वर्षकी है ॥ १११६ ॥ असुरेसु सागरोवम तिपल्ल पल्लं च णागभोमाणं । अद्धद्दिज सुवण्णा दु दीव सेसा दिवढं तु॥१११७॥
असुरेषु सागरोपमं त्रिपल्यं पल्यं च नागभौमानां । अर्धतृतीये सुपर्णानां द्वे द्वीपानां शेषाणां द्वयर्ध तु॥१११७
अर्थ-भवनवासियोंमें असुर कुमारोंकी एक सागर उत्कृष्ट आयु है, धरणेंद्र आदि नागकुमारोंकी तीन पल्य, व्यंतरोंकी एक पल्य, सुपर्ण कुमारोंकी ढाई पल्य, द्वीपकुमारोंकी दोपल्य और बाकीके कुमारोंकी डेढ पल्य उत्कृष्ट आयु है ॥ १११७ ।। पल्लट्ठभाग पल्लं च साधियं जोदिसाण जहण्णिदरा ।
