आगे मंगलाचरणपूर्वक समयसारके कहनेकी प्रतिज्ञा करते है। वंदित्तु देवदेवं तिहुअणिमहिदं च सव्वसिद्धाणं । वोच्छामि समयसारं सुण संखेवं जहा वुत्तं ॥८९२॥ वंदित्वा देवदेवं त्रिभुवनमहितं च सर्वसिद्धान् । वक्ष्यामि समयसारं शृणु संक्षेपं यथा उक्तं ॥ ८९२॥
अर्थ-तीनलोककर पूज्य ऐसे अहंत भगवानको तथा सब सिद्धोंको नमस्कार करके द्वादशांगका परमतत्त्वरूप संमयसारको पूर्वाचार्योंके कथनानुसार संक्षेपसे मैं कहता हूं सो तुम सुनो।।८९२
