अनगार भावनाधिकार ९ ।
घोरे णिरयसरिच्छे कुंभीपाये सुपच्चमाणाणं । रुहिरचलाविलपउरे वसिदव्वं गग्भवसदीसु ॥ ८०६ ॥ घोरे निरयसदृशे कुंभीपाके सुपच्यमानानां । रुधिरचलाविलप्रचुरे वसितव्यं गर्भवसतिषु ॥ ८०६ ॥ अर्थ — भयानक नरकके समान हांड़ीपाकमें भलेप्रकार पच्यमान हमको लोहीकर चपल ग्लानियुक्त ऐसे गर्भरूपी स्थानमें रहना पड़ता है ॥ ८०६ ॥

दिट्ठपरम सारा विण्णाणवियक्खणाय बुद्धीए । णाणकयदीवियाए अगब्भवसदी विमग्गति ॥ ८०७ ॥ दृष्टपरमार्थसारा विज्ञानविचक्षणया बुद्ध्या । ज्ञानकृतदीपिकया अगर्भवसतिं विमार्गति ॥ ८०७ ॥
अर्थ – जिनोंने संसारका असली स्वरूप देखलिया है ऐसे साधु भेदज्ञान से कुशल बुद्धिकर श्रुतज्ञानरूपी दीपकर गर्भरहित निवासकी तलाश करते रहते हैं ॥ ८०७ ॥
भावेंति भावणरदा वइरग्गं वीदरागयाणं च । णाणेण दंसणेण य चरितजोएण विरिएण ॥ ८०८ ॥ भावयति भावनारता वैराग्यं वीतरागाणां च । ज्ञानेन दर्शनेन च चारित्रयोगेन वीर्येण ॥ ८०८ ॥
अर्थ — भावनामें लीन ऐसे साधु वीतरागोंके ज्ञान दर्शन चारित्र ध्यान वीर्य इनकर सहित वैराग्यका चिंतवन करते रहते हैं । देहे णिरावयक्खा अप्पाणं दमरुई दमेमाणा । घिदिपग्गहपग्गहिदा छिंदंति भवस्स मूलाई ॥८०९ ॥ देहे निरपेक्षा आत्मानं दमरुचयः दमयंतः ।
