(श्रावक धर्म विधि प्रकरण)
नवकारेण विवोहो, अणुसरणं सावगो वयाइम्मि। जोगो चिइवंदण मो, पच्चक्खाणं च विहिपुत्वं ॥११२||
११२. निद्रा से जागृत होते ही नमस्कार मन्त्र का स्मरण करे, फिर मैं श्रावक हूँ , व्रतधारी हूँ - ऐसा चिन्तन करे। मनसा, वाचा और कर्मणा त्रियोग से जिनमन्दिर में जाकर चैत्यवन्दन करे। तत्पश्चात् साधुओं को वन्दन कर एवं उनसे विधिपूर्वक प्रत्याख्यान ग्रहण करे।
112. As soon as one wakes up he should recite the Namokar mantra. One should consciously recall that he is a shravak who has taken vows. Going to a Jina-temple he should, with three means (mind, speech, and action), worship the image (this is known as chaityavandan). He should payhomage to ascetics and perform the critical review (this is known as pratyakhyan) according to the prescribed procedure. तह चेईहरगमणं, सहारो वंदणं . गुरुसगासे। पच्चक्खाणं सवणं, जइपुच्छा उचियकरणिज्जं ॥११॥
११३. इसी प्रकार चैत्यघर अर्थात् जिनमन्दिर में जाकर जिनबिम्बकी पूजा-अर्चना करे, उसके पश्चात् गुरु के पास जाकर प्रत्याख्यान ग्रहण करे, प्रवचन सुने, उनकी सुख-शाता पूछे और उनकी सेवा-शुश्रूषा हेतु उचित एवं करणीय कर्तव्य करे।
113. When in the Jina-temple he should venerate and worship the Jina-image (according to the prescribed procedure known as puja). After that he should go to the guru and perform pratyakhyan, listen to his discourse, ask about his welfare, and perform the required duties of taking his care and doing his service.
