નાક, (ન.) શ્વાસેાવાસ માટેને અવયવ, નાસિકા; the nose: (૧) શાખ, આબરૂ, પ્રતિષ્ઠા; credit, reputation: (૩) મુખ્ય વ્યક્તિ કે વસ્તુ; chief or prominent person or thing: ~કવું, (વિ.) કપાયેલા નાકવાળું; having a cut nose: (૨) નિલજ્જ; shameless. નાકબૂલ, (વિ.) કબૂલાત, મજૂરી કે સંમતિ વિનાનું; without confession, sanction or agreement, unaccepted.
