Several of these names are illegible and unintelligible. Devakulankulo is a conjecture, founded on the Pali kolankolo (Puggala-paññatti, ed. Morris, p. 16) and Sankh. Grihya IV, 12. Ekavîkika may be for Pali ekabigi (1. c. p. 16). Abhisamskâraparinirvâyî corresponds to sasankhara-parinibbayi (1. c. p. 17). Sarvastâna may be for sarvasthanaplutah. The last word khadga is wrong. The whole number may have been eighteen.
CIV. TRENTITVT (cf. sect. XXI). Mahâvyutp., sect. 6o. Lalitav. p. 542, 15 ff. Mahâvagga, p. Io. Buddhist Suttas, p. 150.

The Mahayanasamparigrahasâstram (Hiouen Thsang's translation) speaks of the six Paramitâs. The Chinese paraphrases nearly agree with the words of this and the following five sections: 1. Gift consisting of the law; 2. Gift consisting of material things; 3. Gift of fearlessness ( 'safety'). Cf. Sukhavatî, p. 61, 5. 1. Religious (spiritual) gifts; 2. Material gifts; 3. Friendliness.'
CVI. na fafav The threefold morality.' See note on CV. Chinese: 1. Sila of good behaviour; 2. Sila of collecting or holding good deeds; 3. Sila by benevolence towards beings; cf. CXVII.
