讚言決定必成無上正 妙華以散其上自然音樂空 已應時普地六種震動天雨 佛告阿難法藏比丘說此頌東方諸佛國其數如恒沙
彼土菩薩职往觀無量覺
南西北四維 上下亦復然 - 彼土菩薩职往觀無量覺
I. There are Buddha-countries in彼 南 彼 東 ! the eastern quarter, the number of which equals the sand of the river
普光菩儲 Ganges. The company of Bodhi
薩 四 薩 佛 sattvas of those countries goes to see Buddha Amitâyu. 2. Thus also in the south, west,
往上往其 north, zenith, and nadir, and in the
觀下 颯 數 four corners (there are the same). The company of Bodhisattvas of
無亦無如 those countries goes to see Buddha
量復量 恒 Amitâyu.

a In the fourth and fifth of the five Chinese translations which are still in existence, this part is translated as a verse, as it is in Sanskrit; while in the first and second translations, these 12 verses are altogether left out.
