The colophon of the second runs-- इति श्रीवेदान्तस्य गन्तके (१) सर्वेश्वरतत्त्वनिर्णयो द्वितीयः किरणः ।

It is based on Premer hāț, a Bengali work attributed to Narottama Dāsa.
Both the text and the commentary are by Rasikottamsa.
This is an allegorical work of the Caitanya sect in which a city of love is built up for the sport of Krşņa with Rādhā.
The sixth verse of the text in leaf 6B and 7A runs thus:
मतिरतियुषतिपतिर्यत्पालयिता मधुरमेचको राजा।
गगने विलसति नगरं नैकशिरोमन्दिरं नाम ॥ Leaf 9, Verse 9.
गृहनगरादि समस्तं न्यस्तं पत्या तदाधिपत्याय । मतिकृतविधिविपरीतं रतिरतिषिषमं विधिं विदधे ॥६॥
