A treatise on Tithis or the lunar days. It contains the slokas of the text with their explanation.
The MS. from which it was copied was defective in the beginning.
It begins :
स्मै प्रयोजनाय तत्प्रौत्यै तेषां संतोषाय......... etc. 2B, अथ तिथिशुद्धिमाह-'लोकः भवनिघ्नसमाः खघट्सहसां
शकहीनाः शरदां दिनांशयुक्ताः । तिथिपूर्वकशुद्धिरन्विताथैः
प+कृतवाणैः ५४ श्वजिनैः २४ खराम ३०।३।४ समाः १३८ । Then follows its explanation :
3A, अथ तिथिनक्षत्रध्रुवकाणां साधनमाह पूलोकः ; 3B, अथ तिथिकेन्द्रसाधनमाह--'लोकः; FB, अथ तिथिनक्षत्रयोगानां पराख्यसाधनमाह(then follows the sloka); 7B, अथ तिथिक्षयवृद्धिखरूपमाह ; (last colophon) इति सहलघुचिन्तामणौ टौकायां पञ्चाङ्गकरणं समाप्तिमियात् । (?)
Post-colophon :
शुभमस्तु संवत् १८९६ । The first leaf is marked fa. fq. 3. and the last three simply fa. 3.
