Though stated in the last colophon of the MS to belong to the Rudrayāmala the work generally agrees with the printed edition of the Kalikāpurāna as published by the Vangavāsi Electro Machine Press (Calcutta, 1909), and begins from the second foot of the 10th verse of chapter 4 of the edition and ends with verse 82 of chapter 60.
There is a single colophon which runs thus (Fol. 183A):
इति रुद्रयामले तन्वे उमामहेश्वरसंवादे महाकालसंहितायां
श्रीकालीपुराणोऽयं समाप्त। Post Colophon :
शुभमस्तु । संवत् १९२८ शुभं ।
