The present manuscript contains only the third chapter of the work in four chapters as published by the Chhātra-pustakālaya of Calcutta. Colophon :

Same as above though there is slight difference in names, this being called रुद्रचण्डीस्तोत्र.
The present MS, however, begins with what is called the Sankalpa for a regular reading of the work. It then proceeds to lay down the process of the worship of the Devi. The beginning runs thus :--
श्रीजगदीश्वराय नमः॥ अथ रुद्रचण्डीपूजा। अद्येत्यादि अमुकगोत्रस्य श्रीव्यमुकदेवशमणः............चण्डिका हृदये न्यस्य इत्यादि मृत्यमाप सुदुर्लभमित्यन्त( मृत्युन्तं) सकृदुद्रचण्डीपाठकहिं करिष्यामि ॥
