The name of the compiler is clearly given in the last introductory verse of the present MS:
2A, तस्याः किञ्चिदहं समस्तजगतां सारैकशक्तः किय
नानातन्त्र-घुराण-पुस्तकवरादाकृष्य चामोदतः । कुर्खे पुस्तकमेव रम्यवचनं श्रीशक्तिरत्नाकरं श्रीमान् राजकिशोर एष गिरिजापादाजभक्त्यत्सुकः ॥
[शक्त्याधारणपादपद्मविभवं श्रीराजकैशोरकम्-0xf.] Two MSS of the work, complete in five ullāsas, are described in L. I. 242 and Oxf. 101. The present MS contains the first three chapters of the work and the concluding portions of the fourth and the fifteenth chapters. The first three chapters speak of the greatness of Sakti. The portions of the other two chapters deal respectively with the list of mahāvidyās and with rites to be performed when one fails to properly kill an animal offered to the deity.
