In all the chapter colophons, of which there are five, the work is called statth. On Fol. 13B and 14A there are some verses stated to be taken from the भैरवीतन्त्र .
The last colophon runs as follows:--
इति श्रीविश्वसारोद्धार रुद्रप्रणतं श्रीपार्बतौ प्रदवाद(?)मंत्रावली डामरीतन्त्रसमाप्तं ।
Three lines after the last colophon we have the date :
संवत् १८७२ मिति भाद्र सुधि दसम्यां सनौवासरे शुक्लपक्षे पुस्तकं समाप्तं ।

Though called stu this has no concern with sorcery. On the contrary, it expresses many lofty ideas. The present MS, as do also the following two MSS of the work, contains six chapters and a few verses which may be a portion of the seventh chapter.
