Parātantra.
Substance, Nepalese paper. 91x2 inches. Folia, 1-45 of which Fol. 3 is missing. Lines, 6 on a page. Extent in slokas, 680. Character, Newari. Appearance, old and discoloured. Complete.
The chapters are not indicated in the present MS but it is divided into sections the names of which are indicated by sectional colophons. On comparing it with the next MS it is found that the first six sections of this MS comprise the first chapter, and the other three sections comprise respectively the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th chapters of the work. The work has been described in IO. IV. 2590.

ॐ नमः श्रीपरायै । बहुसिद्धिसमाकोणे श्मशाने करवीरके । तत्र वीरगणाः सर्वे महाहल्लोलहुते ॥ निर्तितमहाचक्रे योगे त्रिदशडामरे । महान्दे महास्फारे गणडाकिनौयाचिते ॥ ब्रह्माद्या मातरश्चायो क्षेत्रेशो भैरवादयः । गणेशवटुकाः सिद्धिः माटचक्रे तु मेलके ॥ श्रीनाथादिगणाः सर्वे वीरनाथावतारिते। सिद्धिनाथां प्रकाशेन सन्तोधितकुलेश्वरः ॥ सर्वभूषां परित्यज्य सानन्दोल्लासिमानसः ।
सामरस्यस्थितं देवं एच्छते कुलसुन्दरी ॥ श्रीदेव्युवाच ।
सर्वशम्भो भवज्ञानं त्वत्प्रसादाच्छ्रुतं मया । यामलाएकपूर्वन्तु तन्त्रानेकाविधानि च ॥
