Beginning :
जीरकः जीवनं जन्म जघनं जननी जयः। The Ms. consists of only one leaf. It contains the whole of 'जकारभेद' and portion of कारभेद'. The following colophou appears in the middle of the folio :
इति पुरुषोत्तमदेवकृत-जकारभेदः समाप्तः । The following line appears in the reverse : ভট্টাচার্য মহাশয় তুমি বারবার সাধিয়া পড়াইল। অসুস্থ দিনে।
